We offer a number of different services to compliment our physiotherapy programs, including; hydrotherapy, senior's gym & falls prevention classes, pilates, 'Blooming Bellies' (pregnancy exercise classes) and remedial massage therapy.


Bounce Back Classes
We are excited to be able to provide the only Bounce Back classes on the Sunshine Coast.
The ground-breaking new Bounce Back program has been created after many years of research into why neck and back pain often returns - even after lots of hands-on treatment. Bounce Back classes typically consist of an eight week series of one hour classes with specific exercises aimed at progressively improving your core and spinal strength, coordination and balance. Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy is a specific physiotherapist supervised treatment and exercise program in a heated pool (32°C). Hydrotherapy can benefit many injuries but it is particularly beneficial for arthritis, fractures and post-surgery. We hold hydrotherapy classes at Cotton Tree, Buderim and Nambour pools and health fund rebates do apply.


Senior's Gym & Falls Prevention Classes
Evidence has shown that by regularly participating in exercise, elderly people can improve their balance and reduce the risk of falls.These classes are supervised and run by fully qualified physiotherapists and help to improve balance, strength, fitness and bone density. The classes also provide an enjoyable social atmosphere and with numerous class times each week we are sure to find a time that suits you.


Pilates
With an emphasis on core conditioning, breathing and body awareness, Pilates exercise is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. Performed on a mat or specialised equipment, Pilates is a fitness regime for a lifetime. We hold Pilates classes in Maroochydore, Buderim and Nambour and have several class times available each week.


'Blooming Bellies' Pregnancy Exercise Classes
'Blooming Bellies’ is a gentle exercise program designed especially for pregnancy. Groups are kept small to ensure individual attention. Classes incorporate a cardio workout, stretching, pelvic floor, abdominal stability and finish with some relaxation.


Remedial Massage Therapy
Regular massage can have the effect of strengthening and toning the entire body mechanism and so help to prevent unnecessary strains and injuries. At its best, massage has the ability to restore the individual physically, mentally and spiritually.
