Initial NEW YOU Consultation – Create a plan together to suit your needs.
Your program will be designed around the following options:
- Ongoing small group exercise classes at convenient locations and times
Referrals to our onsite Dietitian
- Wellness Coaching – Goal setting, motivation, overcoming barriers, etc
- 12 weeks of education content
- One of one check ins with your Exercise Physiologist to review progress, goals and program
