Alice Latham.

Neurological & Hip Rehab

Alice is a UK Qualified Physiotherapist, with over 5 years National Health Service experience. She has a Sports and Exercise Science degree from Loughborough University and completed a Masters in Physiotherapy at University of Southampton. She has experience working within acute, rehabiliation and community sectors. This includes general medical rehabiliation, orthopeadic rehabilitation both trauma and elective. As well as a specialist interest in Neurological rehabilitation, Stroke and elder care. She has completed Post Graduate Stroke rehabiliation training, fall practitioner training in the UK and has an invested interest in Parkinsons disease.

Alice has experience working within a community setting including nursing home, in home post-op care and in home neurological care as part of an Early supported discharge stroke team. 

Alice is as lover of all things active, getting outdoors and healthy living. She has been involved in competitive sports all her life, competing at national and international levels in Swimming, Running, Netball and most recently Triathlons. She has great interest and passion for rehabilitation and Exercise. She takes several exercise classes including, Move for Life, which includes balance rehabilaition, Neuro movers and Pilates. She also has experience and interest in Hydrotherapy.

Exercise Physiologist

Annika is an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist with a passion for improving patients quality of life through movement. She has experience working patients that require specific strength, mobility and balance training to maintain independence and ability to perform activities of daily living safely, along with rehabilitating skeletal injuries and improving cardiovascular. Hand Therapy

Bethany is a physiotherapist with special interest in upper limb rehabilitation and has completed post-graduate study as a hand therapist, working in a wide variety of clinical settings, now predominately in private practice where she runs a Hand Therapy Clinic in Sippy Downs. She has developed a passion for helping people get back to their full functional capacity after injury/illness, especially post-surgery and opimising functional ability of people with arthritis, disability, injury post-trauma and the neurological population. Blaise completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian registered with the Dietitians Association of Australia.

Recently relocated from Townsville, Cassie is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a keen interest in sports rehabilitation and athletes of all levels. Her sports of choice are Crossfit, Olympic lifting and Gymnastics, which has given her a pointed understanding of functional movement, movement screening, and strengthening. Chelsea McCallum


Chelsea is passionate about empowering clients to transform their health and prevent chronic disease. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Chelsea has experience in a wide range of nutrition areas such as weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, irritable bowel syndrome, malnutrition and sports nutrition.

From a young age, Chelsea has been involved in many sports from touch football to volleyball. More recently she enjoys engaging in outdoor activities to keep fit. Outside of work, Chelsea can be found in her kitchen, at the beach or running up one of the Glass House Mountains.

Cielo Kelley

Musculoskeletal & Lower Limb

Cielo (pronounced “Shell-o”) graduated from the Australian Catholic University with first class honours. Her research focused on how people cope after rupturing their anterior cruciate ligament – a major stabilising ligament in the knee. Cielo is passionate about providing high-quality treatment by keeping up to date with the latest research and applying evidence-based practice. In 2017, Cielo was invited to present her thesis at the national Australian Physiotherapy Association Conference in Sydney held at the International Convention Centre. Her research is currently submitted for publication as the leading author.

She has since undertaken multiple professional development courses to continue broadening her knowledge on treating sports-related injuries more specifically to the knee. Cielo has a keen interest in treating dance- and sports-related injuries having undertaken eight years of classical ballet training under the Royal Academy of Dance. Cielo is passionate about using a holistic approach to help people get back on their feet and achieve their goals whether it is to improve daily function, return to recreational or competitive sports and or optimise general health and well-being.

Damien Stewart


Damien has completed a Master of Applied Psychology (Sport & Exercise) and a Master of Philosophy (Psychology) degree at the University of Queensland, Australia. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society, an Associate Member of the College of Sport & Exercise Psychology, and a member of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. Damien is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. As well as this, Damien is a full Member of the College of Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Convenor of the APS Military and Emergency Services Interest Group. Damien came to psychology from a 19-year career in the emergency services sector at both the state and federal level. During this time, he worked in a variety of areas that called for excellence in performance and a dedication to achieving highly valued organisational outcomes.  Damien is registered to work within the Medicare, WorkCover Queensland, and private health insurance systems.

Emily Whitmore

Remedial Massage Therapist

Emily Whitmore graduated from Loughborough University in the United Kingdom in June 2012 achieving a first class honors degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She then went on to complete her Level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy at the London School of Sports Massage, qualifying in August 2013. She is also a qualified therapist in advanced Dry Needling.

Since qualifying Emily has worked as a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist within Physiotherapy clinics in the United Kingdom. Her clinical experience also includes working with British Triathlon at their base in Loughborough; this has involved traveling overseas to training camps and European and World Triathlon events, helping to prevent injury and facilitate recovery from training and competition. Emily also worked as the primary masseuse for the Loughborough Students Elite Rugby Union Team who compete in National League 1.

Kellie graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science (Podiatry) in 2012 and has been working in general, private practice ever since. Siliva Tufuga

Lower Back & Spinal Rehab

Originally from New Zealand but graduating from The University of Queensland, Siliva has developed extensive international experience over 20 years of clinical practice including both Australia and the UK. In England he was team leader of a specialised group of advanced orthopaedic clinicians and helped to successfully develop the GP screening clinics and Injection Therapy service. Upon his return home he has spent the past few years treating active Australian troops at the large military base in Enoggera, Brisbane where overloading of the spine and effective return to military service go hand-in-hand.

Accordingly Siliva has vast knowledge in treating spinal disorders and low back pain. He enjoys working with his patients to identify and resolve their daily pain issues and implement strengthening strategies to prevent future occurrences.

Suzanne Newman

Speech Therapist / Pathologist

Known for the strange vocal noises coming out of the therapy room and enthusiasm for anything to do with voice – therapy, singing, acting, and public speaking. Suzanne also has extensive experience in the treatment of stuttering across all age groups, including the renowned Lidcombe Program.

Suzanne has worked in both educational and health settings providing therapy to both adults and children spanning over 25 years.  Seven of those years were also spent working as a Learning Support Teacher’s Assistant in a school environment.

Tenikka Mogno

Exercise Physiologist

Tenikka completed her Clinical Exercise Science Degree at the University of the Sunshine Coast with a passion to help people manage their chronic disease or injury through evidence-based exercise prescription and education. Tenikka has a special interest in working with people with Type 2 Diabetes, osteoporosis, and low back pain. Tim Boyle


Tim graduated from the Queensland University of Technology as a Podiatrist in 2006. He has gained valuable experience over the last eight years working in a multidisciplinary sports medicine clinic. Within this setting, Tim had the pleasure of working alongside medical & allied health professionals including Sports Doctors, Physiotherapists, and Massage Therapists.

Tim enjoys a broad scope of podiatry including sports injuries of the lower limb, biomechanical assessments, gait analysis, orthotic therapy, footwear assessments and recommendations, diabetic foot assessments and treatment of conditions of the toenails and skin.  Tim is particularly passionate about running biomechanics and footwear advice/prescription, a special interest that commenced through his strong interest in athletics and involvement in the footwear industry.

Over the years Tim has treated a number of senior and junior athletes from a range of different sports, including 2 years treating both the Brisbane Roar and Brisbane Roar youth teams.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Tia is a Qualified Remedial massage therapist with over 7 years experience with Deep tissue, Relaxation, Trigger Point therapy. She also has experience in Pregnancy massage and enjoys treating expecting mums.

Hydrotherapy is a supervised exercise program in a heated pool (32 degrees). Hydrotherapy can help relieve pain, promote relaxation, mobilise joints, strengthen muscles, develop balance and coordination, and improve general fitness. Some of the many conditions that benefit from an individualised hydrotherapy include:

  • Back pain
  • Balance/coordination problems
  • Arthritis (Osteo and Rheumatoid)
  • Rehabilitation after bone fracture, joint replacement tendon repair

The New You group exercise class allows you to increase muscle tone and strength thus decreasing load and pain through joints, increase energy levels, reduce health risks (diabetes/heart disease) and increase self esteem and confidence in a social environment. You will have an individually tailored exercise program to suit your needs and goals that will be prescribed after the initial consult. You will be supervised throughout the entire session, ensuring correct technique, with a maximum of 6 people per class. ‘New You’ will benefit anyone looking to rehabilitate any old or new injury in a safe and supervised environment, lose weight, get active and social while learning great tips on managing your health and wellness.

This program is about taking small steps to create big, lasting lifestyle changes for THE NEW YOU!

Move4life is a small group class, run by fully qualified Exercise Physiologists with a focus on falls prevention and strength training for activities of daily living. Move4life focuses on:

  • Improving strength and mobility
  • Decreasing joint pain
  • Improving fitness by enhancing the efficiency of your heart and lunge
  • Facilitating weight loss
  • Improving sleep
  • Enhancing bone health and reducing fracture risk (important in the prevention and management of osteoporosis, reducing falls risk by improving your balance)

Exercise Physiologists are highly skilled in developing exercise programs to suit the needs of seniors and are particularly concerned with people who have a condition which limits them physically and affects their quality of life eg. Arthritis, stroke, fracture, osteoporosis or heart disease. Move4life gym classes provide an enjoyable and social environment with Exercise Physiology supervision to ensure the exercises are instructed and performed correctly.

NuroMovers class is run by a Physiotherapist with a special interest in neurological conditions and is targeted for patients with a neurological movement disorder. The class includes:

  • Specialised neurological physiotherapy assessment and ongoing treatment (outcome measures, with aim to work towards individual functional goals)
  • Evidence-based aerobic and functional exercise prescription
  • Evidence-based outcome measures, with aim to work towards individual functional goals
  • Ongoing information, knowledge and support for management of their condition
  • Progressive evidence-based home exercises
  • Encourage self-management and empowers patients in condition management
  • A  safe and supervised environment to participate in exercise and challenge themselves

Patients appropriate for this class:

  • Diagnosed neurological movement disorder (specifically targeting Parkinsons disease, mild to moderate Stroke and MS)
