With a background in physiotherapy & ballet and +10 years of experience working in the healthcare sector in Australia and South America, Alice is passionate about providing the highest quality of care, going the extra mile to ensure her clients receive tailored and effective treatment, specifically designed to address their needs.

Her client-focused approach involves creating realistic and practical strategies to seamlessly integrate exercise into daily routines, fostering long-term lifestyle changes through sustainable and actionable steps. Alice attained her Physiotherapy degree in Paraguay in 2012, is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association from 2021, and is a certified yoga teacher with a special interest in one-on-one settings, showcasing her commitment to holistic health.

Her warm and caring personality allows her to create rapport with clients regardless of age, background, or condition. Her expertise extends to peadiatrics, musculoskeletal, and neurorehabilitation, reflecting her well-rounded knowledge in the field of healthcare.

Beyond her clinical practice, Alice is on a mission to make health and wellbeing education accessible to everyone from a young age. She aims to empower individuals to take control of their health journey to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, you will find Alice taking long walks along the beach, spending quality time with loved ones, dancing, or attending art and music events.
