Total Rehab Solutions (TRS) provides mobile Dietitian services for people of all ages and conditions, commonly transitioning from hospital back into the community. Our mission is to help our clients to obtain the knowledge and skills to make healthier eating choices. Our Dietitians visit their patients at home to help achieve their health goals by providing practical nutrition.

Ricki-lee Driver

Dietitian

Ricki-lee is passionate about supporting and empowering clients to achieve their health-related goals. Since graduating with an Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Ricki-lee has obtained experience across a variety of sectors including private hospitals, aged care facilities, private practice, and specialist teams. Ricki-lee applies a patient-centred approach to enable clients to overcome health barriers and facilitate diet and lifestyle independence.  Ricki-lee has special interests in adult and childhood obesity, bariatrics and disability.

Outside of work, Ricki-lee enjoys rock climbing, spending time with family and friends and experimenting in the kitchen.

Ricki-Lee is available for Dietitian appointments at our Buderim, Nambour, Maroochydore and Coolum locations.

Tarni Sanewski

Dietitian

Tarni is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about improving health, promoting recovery and preventing disease by inspiring healthy diet and lifestyle choices using a patient-centred approach. Graduating from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics, Tarni has since had clinical experience working with acute cardiac and respiratory patients in the hospital. Special interest areas include rehabilitation, weight management, cardiovascular disease, and gut health.

Outside of work, Tarni enjoys hiking, climbing mountains, exploring new places, drawing and photography. She is always experimenting with new foods, recipes and keeping up to date with the latest research in nutrition and dietetics.

Tarni is available for Dietetic appointments at our Buderim, Kawana, Sippy Downs, Chermside and North Lakes locations

Kate McMahon

Dietitian

Kate is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist who is passionate about providing expert dietary advice and medical nutrition therapy for a wide range of health conditions and nutrition-related issues. Graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, Kate’s food philosophy is centred on the ideology that all food should be enjoyed in a balanced lifestyle with a focus placed on eating whole foods. Kate provides tailored, evidenced-based dietary advice to reach your personal goals. Special interest areas include weight management, chronic disease and gastrointestinal health.

All patients are welcome including GP referred, NDIS, DVA, Work Cover and privately paying. Kate is available for dietitian telehealth appointments.

Melissa Ibrahim

Dietitian

Mel studied a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University Gold Coast. With her love for food and nutrition, Mel is passionate about sharing her knowledge and empowering her clients. Her interest areas include bariatrics, weight loss, gastrointestinal disorders and chronic disease management. Mel welcomes all clients regardless of referral type and is available online and in our Springfield and Woolloongabba clinic.
