Total Rehab Solutions (TRS) offers Exercise Physiology, caring for patients of all ages with physical or intellectual disabilities or those suffering from chronic disease. Our Exercise Physiologist’s support clients to maintain, regain or improve their current functional capacity to maximise their quality of life to reach their short and long-term goals. Physiologists specialise in assessing clients current physical capabilities and work with that client to build an exercise program that will improve their physical capacity.

Faith Cochrane

Exercise Physiologist

Faith is an Exercise Physiologist from Tasmania, graduating from the University of the Sunshine Coast, who now considers the Sunshine Coast home.
Faith is motivated to optimise the quality of life for all that come to see her, ensuring sessions and programs address personal goals, current ability and lifestyles.
She has a passion for Women’s Health and movement analysis, looking at how to you’re moving daily that has an impact on your musculoskeletal aches and pains.

During her time off Faith likes to mountain climb, mountain bike, play soccer and be down on the beach with her dog. Faith believes that motion is lotion so let’s get moving!

Faith is available for Exercise Physiology appointments at our Nambour and Sippy Downs locations.

Casey Roser

Exercise Physiologist

Casey is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) after completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast. As an AEP Casey truly believes that exercise IS the best medicine. Casey believes building rapport with our valued clients and providing a professional service builds a fantastic foundation and is the key to helping her clients achieve their goals. Casey is passionate about all areas of exercise physiology however has developed a particular interest in oncology.

Outside of work you will find Casey keeping fit and healthy herself, in the arena with her horses or having some downtime at the beach.
