Common Questions About Podiatry

Foot orthoses, put simply, help influence tissue load. Certainly, not everyone needs foot orthoses, and the goal should always be to not have over-reliance on any devices when possible. However, for certain conditions, scenarios, and presentations, orthotics can play a very useful role in improving someone’s pain, injury rehabilitation, comfort or athletic performance. Thorough assessment and consideration are always applied and discussed openly. Recommendations are made based on what is agreed to be the most suitable.
