Online video consultations are available for all of our services such as: Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietitian, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy and Psychology for clients Australia-wide.

Our online consultations will continue to deliver the same outstanding level of care as our in-clinic services, where our experienced clinicians will provide a tailored treatment plan to help patients reach their health goals.

In the current climate, clients may not be able to attend our clinics due to an illness, or simply may be self-isolating during the current Coronavirus pandemic.

Online consults are also a great alternative for those who may find it difficult to access high-quality physiotherapy services:

  • People in rural areas
  • Those with very busy work or family lives

Sports & Spinal use a secure platform for their telehealth that works well on any Apple or Android device including smartphones and tablets, as well as laptop and desktop computers with an internet connection.

HOW DO ONLINE CONSULTS WORK

Our allied health team can assess, diagnose and treat online with instant messaging to your Practitioner. We will safely guide you through a series of tests and movements and review your exercises and develop your personalised program.

PRIOR TO YOUR ONLINE CONSULT

Please go here to find out how our telehealth works: https://www.gensolve.com/telehealth-help/

Make sure you have a reasonable space around you if you have a physiotherapy, exercise physiology or podiatry appointment if you need to perform some movement tests, and also some privacy in case you are concerned about relaying personal information.

Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Emily Abbott, has been bringing professional guidance to the Raising Mamas program, supporting new mums in the early months after birth.

Women’s Health Physiotherapy covers pelvic floor and core health, bladder and bowel concerns, pregnancy-related conditions like mastitis, and lower back pain. Emily’s sessions give practical strategies and gentle exercises to help mums feel stronger, move more comfortably, and recover confidently.

Today is World Health Day! 🌏❤️‍🩹

This year’s theme, 'Together for Science', highlights the WHO’s focus on how shared knowledge leads to better health outcomes. The World Health Organisation is encouraging collaboration across people, communities and healthcare teams - something we put into practice every day.

Across our network, our incredible clinicians at Sports & Spinal work together through our Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) model.

By sharing observations and combining different areas of expertise, your care becomes clearer, more coordinated and genuinely tailored to what your body needs

Better teamwork. Better understanding. Better care.
