Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Central Queensland University. She has always had a focus on musculoskeletal patients, and particularly enjoys treating athletes (whether social or competitive).

Jess strongly believes in working as a team with her patients to ensure they get what they need out of physiotherapy. She will commit to giving any patient she sees 100% effort and strives to aid them in reaching their goals.

With a background focused heavily on competitive basketball, Jess has had her fair share of her own physiotherapy appointments and understands the demands sport places on the body both mentally and physically. She is keen to aid others with working to reduce their pain, improve their movement or simply get back to an activity they love.

Outside of work you will definitely find Jess at a basketball court, wishing she was at the snow skiing, or taking a break reading a book.

Jess is available for Physiotherapy consults at our Buderim clinic.

He has extensive experience working with runners, triathletes, and Australian Rules Footballers in physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and coaching capacities. Landon is currently the running coach of a local triathlon club, and trains and competes in his spare time.

Because of this, Landon has a special interest in treating sporting injuries, as well as upper limb (shoulder, elbow, and hand) conditions, and has completed additional training in both of these areas.

March marks ‘March Into Yellow’ which a campaign aimed at raising awareness about endometriosis and it’s prevalence in Australian women 💛

Endometriosis affects women differently, but it is commonly known to cause severe, life-impacting pain during periods, sexual intercourse, bowel movements and/or urination, chronic pelvic pain, abdominal bloating, nausea, fatigue, and sometimes depression, anxiety, and infertility.

Roughly, 1 in 9 Australian females develop endometriosis.

Early diagnosis and treatment to help manage endo symptoms is best practice. The women’s health team at Sports & Spinal can help to manage common endo symptoms.
