Tomomi Sanaga

Remedial Massage Therapist

Tomomi – Pregnancy, Reflexology, Currently Studying Nutrition Pathway to the Present
I used to work as an office worker in Japan. I had been stuck on the chair in front of my laptop for many hours every day. I had always felt discomfort in my own body, such as headache, neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain……yes, same as you. That was very stressful. In that time, getting massages helped me relieve from such stressful days. I believe that being in good health is the most essential thing for enjoying our life. I became motivated to study health. Finally, I decided to change my career to pursue health and well-being for helping people and I have started to study
Remedial massage in Australia in 2018. The experience gave me confidence that my decision was definitely right. Currently, I’m studying nutrition, I want to keep developing my skills and studying health and well-being in the future.

What are my treatments like?
Everyone has different issues and conditions. Depending on communicating with you, I will choose a combination of remedial techniques such as trigger points, myofascial release, and joint articulation, also using cupping, acupressure, reflexology, pregnancy massage and so on, for reducing pain and tension, also to relax your body and mind deeply.

What do I love about massage?
I believe that massage therapy has beneficial impacts not only on our physical condition
but also on our mental well-being. I love the moment of seeing the client’s happy smile after treatment. It makes me happy too.
