Online video consultations are available for all of our services such as: Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietitian, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy and Psychology for clients Australia-wide.
Our online consultations will continue to deliver the same outstanding level of care as our in-clinic services, where our experienced clinicians will provide a tailored treatment plan to help patients reach their health goals.
In the current climate, clients may not be able to attend our clinics due to an illness, or simply may be self-isolating during the current Coronavirus pandemic.
Online consults are also a great alternative for those who may find it difficult to access high-quality physiotherapy services:
People in rural areas
Those with very busy work or family lives
Sports & Spinal use a secure platform for their telehealththat works well on any Apple or Android device including smartphones and tablets, as well as laptop and desktop computers with an internet connection.
HOW DO ONLINE CONSULTS WORK
Our allied health team can assess, diagnose and treat online with instant messaging to your Practitioner. We will safely guide you through a series of tests and movements and review your exercises and develop your personalised program.
PRIOR TO YOUR ONLINE CONSULT

It is Coeliac Awareness Week! 🍞
Coeliac disease is a condition that causes your body to have an immune response to gluten.
The treatment = a strict gluten free diet (in most cases).
Coeliac disease can be particularly debilitating as the exact cause is often unclear and can often lead to overly restricted diets in fear of experiencing a flare-up. If you suspect you may have coeliac disease, then get in touch with the Sports & Spinal Dietitian team.
Our team will conduct a detailed assessment of your medical history, diet and lifestyle to determine the likely cause of your symptoms. You will then be provided with the knowledge and personalised resources to confidently manage your health independently.
