Thomas Abraham
Podiatrist – Areas Treated: Foot, Ankle, Knee, Toenail Care
Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from the Queensland University of Technology Brisbane in 2019. Since then, he has gained extensive experience across podiatry, with expertise in sports injuries, biomechanics, chronic lower limb pain, and ingrown toenail surgery.
During his studies, Tom worked with ASICS, gaining valuable insight into footwear design and performance, which he now applies in his clinical practice to optimise patient outcomes. He has a strong focus on sports podiatry and enjoys helping people of all ages and activity levels stay active, recover from injury, and perform at their best. His clinical interests include overuse injuries, tendon and bone stress conditions, and biomechanical assessments to improve movement efficiency and prevent re-injury.
Tom provides evidence-based, individualised treatment, including soft tissue therapy, dry needling, taping or strapping, orthotics, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education. He values a collaborative approach and works closely with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and other allied health professionals when it best supports patient recovery.
Outside the clinic, Tom enjoys travel, outdoor adventure—including completing the Everest Base Camp trek—and staying active through sport. He has competed at a state level in athletics and also enjoys playing soccer and tennis.
Tom is available for Podiatry appointments at our North Lakes, Morayfield and Redcliffe clinics.
