Adrienne Hudson

Addie is a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist who recently joined our team. Originally from New Zealand, she is a proud graduate of the University of Otago. Her extensive clinical experience includes experience at Southland, Wairau, and Dunedin Hospitals, where she worked across Rehabilitation, Outpatient, and Medical wards.

She also brings valuable expertise in sports physiotherapy, having served as a Sports Medic for soccer teams, treating both acute and chronic injuries. In addition to her clinical work, Addie has completed post-graduate training in dry needling and sports physiotherapy.

With a personalised approach that combines manual therapy, exercise, and specific advice for you, Addie is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals and build long-term health and mobility.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time in nature hiking, catching waves at the beach or unwinding with a good book
