Fred Marshall

Fred graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and is beginning his career in private practice. He enjoys consulting with everyday individuals and athletes of all abilities and backgrounds, with a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries.

Throughout his time at university, Fred gained valuable experience working with Easts Rugby Union and completed an internship with the Queensland Reds Under 19s during the Super Rugby U19 tournament. These roles provided him with hands-on experience in injury prevention, injury management, and high-performance rehabilitation within elite sporting environments.

Alongside his work in the clinic, Fred works as the Club Physiotherapist for Easts Rugby Union in the Queensland Premier Rugby competition. His own experiences managing injuries have shaped his passion for physiotherapy and reinforced the importance of understanding each patient’s individual goals and supporting them back to the activities they enjoy.

Fred’s clinical approach centres on evidence-based care, combining hands-on treatment with structured, exercise-based rehabilitation to deliver sustainable, long-term outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Fred on the side lines at Easts Rugby Union games, playing golf, or training in the gym.

Fred is available for Physiotherapy consults at Sports & Spinal Redcliffe.
