Grace Gee

Grace graduated from the University of Canberra with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. She has experience in private practice supporting people with chronic health conditions and musculoskeletal injuries and has completed additional training in Reformer and Mat Pilates.

Grace has a strong interest in women’s health, chronic pain, and bone health. She is also passionate about trauma-informed care for mental health and helping people build safe, sustainable, and positive relationships with movement. Her university research explored exercise-based interventions for people living with eating disorders, and the role of movement in managing endometriosis.

She uses a person-centred approach to care, combining exercise, education and practical self-management strategies to support long-term outcomes. She values creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to return to the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys Pilates, running, and strength training. She is also a passionate musician who enjoys writing songs, playing guitar, and singing. On weekends, she can often be found exploring local cafés or running spots, and spending time with her family.

Grace is available for Exercise Physiology appointments at Sports & Spinal Springfield.
