Kia Critchley
Kia graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. With a particular interest in musculoskeletal conditions, Kia takes an individualised approach to exercise rehabilitation, tailoring each program to her clients’ needs, goals and abilities.
She combines exercise-based rehabilitation, client education and self-management strategies to help clients build confidence, improve their function and achieve long-term outcomes. For Kia, there is nothing better than helping her clients feel safe, supported and encouraged to progress at their own pace. She loves seeing clients challenge themselves, achieve their goals, celebrate their progress and leave the clinic with a smile!
Outside of work, Kia enjoys staying active through gym sessions, beachside runs and playing field hockey. She also loves spending time at the beach, exploring new places and watching the sunset with friends and family.
Kia is available for Exercise Physiology appointments at Sports & Spinal Sippy Downs.
