Ashley Ervine

Ashley Ervine is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years in clinical practice. She is a qualified Women’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, supporting women across all stages of life — from pregnancy and postpartum recovery through to the management of pelvic floor dysfunction and prolapse conditions.

Ashley sees women pre and post pregnancy, helping them prepare for birth, recover confidently, and return to the activities they love. She also has a special interest in spinal pain, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction, and hip conditions, effectively managing acute injuries, chronic presentations, and post-operative recovery through evidence-based, individualised care.

Ashley advanced her skills with postgraduate training in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) in 2013, where she received the Top Case Study Award for her exceptional clinical reasoning and practical application. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor, designing targeted programs that integrate rehabilitation, strength training, and mobility enhancement for optimal long-term outcomes. Complementing her expertise is advanced training in dry needling, which she employs to alleviate muscle tension, manage pain, and improve overall function.

Ashley graduated from Stellenbosch University in South Africa in 2010 and has built a robust career in private practice, emphasising a collaborative, patient-centred approach. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys family outdoor activities, maintaining an active lifestyle that informs her professional passion.

Ashley is committed to partnering with patients on their journey to improved mobility and well-being.

Ashley is available for Physiotherapy appointments at our Kawana and Nambour clinics.
