Chathur Iytha
Chathur graduated with a Doctorate of Physiotherapy from Bond University, having previously completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in India. He gained experience working as a physiotherapist in India before moving to Australia to further develop his skills and clinical experience.
Chathur has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, back and hip pain, injuries and rehabilitation. He believes that effective physiotherapy starts with listening to and understanding each person’s concerns, lifestyle and goals. His approach combines the latest evidence-based practice, personalised rehabilitation, exercise and education to help people manage pain, rebuild strength and confidence, and return to their normal activities, work and sport.
Outside of physiotherapy, Chathur has a strong passion for cricket and previously captained his university cricket team. He also enjoys going to the gym, reading books, and exploring new cafés, and considers himself a big coffee fanatic.
