Chris Stack
Chris completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at James Cook University in Townsville and has since been working in private practice on the Gold Coast and more recently on the Sunshine Coast. Hailing from Atherton Far North Queensland, Chris has a great appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys getting involved in the community.
Chris has a keen interest in sports-related injuries and enjoys treating knees, ankles, and shoulders. He understands the importance of keeping active through the initial phases of injury and working closely with his clients to develop long-term solutions. Chris prides himself on his communication skills to ensure his clients are well-informed and are involved in decisions throughout each stage of recovery. Developing his clinical skills has been a priority and has so far completed APA level 1 Sports Physiotherapy and Pilates courses.
Chris aims to continue his development as a sports physiotherapist so he can continue providing optimal care for his clients. He also has experience working with sporting teams as a physiotherapist and sports trainer in rugby league, union, soccer, and AFL. This experience fuels his passion for sports injury prevention, particularly in the adolescent population.
Outside of the clinic, Chris enjoys getting out in the surf, training in the gym, running, hiking, and watching the footy (NRL of course).
Chris is available for Physiotherapy appointments at our Kawana location.
