Daisy Fitzpatrick

Daisy is an exercise physiologist with a life-long passion for sport and exercise. She recently graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours).

Daisy is passionate about supporting people through exercise and education to help them become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves. She works with a wide range of conditions and injuries, with a particular interest in osteoporosis management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and women’s health conditions. Daisy also enjoys supporting people as they age, helping them maintain strength, confidence, and independence.

She has also completed further training in Matwork and Clinical Reformer Pilates through the Pilates Institute of Queensland and loves to use this knowledge in both Pilates classes and one-on-one sessions.

Having been involved in sport throughout her life, including hockey, water polo, cross country, and swimming, Daisy understands the physical demands of training and recovery. Her interest in rehabilitation grew further through her own knee rehabilitation journey, giving her a genuine appreciation of the challenges people face during injury and recovery.

When she is not in the clinic you will find her running, reading, or at the beach with friends.

Daisy is available for Exercise Physiology appointments at Sports & Spinal North Lakes and Redcliffe.
