Daphne Nunez
Daphne Duno Nunez is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellbeing. She takes a hands-on, therapeutic approach to support injury recovery, musculoskeletal health, and long-term physical function. Daphne holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage, along with a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition). This dual qualification allows her to take a holistic approach to treatment, considering not only muscular and structural concerns but also lifestyle and nutritional factors that can influence healing, performance, and recovery.
She has experience working in wellness settings, supporting clients with muscular tension, postural imbalances, and stress-related conditions. Her areas of interest include sports recovery, chronic pain management, and assisting active individuals in maintaining optimal physical performance. Daphne is committed to delivering personalised, results-focused treatments tailored to each client’s needs. She utilises a combination of remedial techniques to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Outside of the clinic, Daphne enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and prioritising her own health and wellbeing. She is passionate about empowering clients to feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in their bodies.
Daphne is available for Remedial Massage appointments at Sports & Spinal Wynnum.
