Frederique Carriere-Nault
Originally from Canada, Frederique moved to Australia just over two years ago to pursue her Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University. Before making the move, she worked in rehabilitation in Canada as a Kinesiologist, supporting people recovering from motor vehicle and workplace injuries. This experience sparked her passion for rehabilitation and helping people return to the activities and lifestyles that are important to them.
Frederique has a particular interest in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and neurological physiotherapy. She takes an individualised approach to treatment, combining hands-on care, education and exercise to help patients better understand their condition and feel confident throughout their rehabilitation.
Having always been active herself, Frederique understands how important movement and exercise can be for both physical and mental wellbeing. Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find her running, hiking, at the gym, or trying something new and active. She completed her first half marathon earlier this year, adding another challenge to her growing list of fitness goals.
With French as her first language, Frederique is bilingual in English and French and enjoys connecting with people from different backgrounds.
Frederique is available for Physiotherapy appointments at Sports & Spinal Beenleigh.
