Jeremy White
Jeremy completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University and is passionate about helping people move better, recover well, and return to the activities they enjoy.
With a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Jeremy enjoys treating a wide range of sporting and orthopaedic injuries, with particular interests in lower limb rehabilitation, return-to-running programs, and helping clients regain strength and confidence following injury or surgery. He uses an evidence-based approach and incorporates his training in dry needling alongside tailored exercise rehabilitation to optimise recovery and restore function.
Jeremy’s sporting background has shaped his passion for rehabilitation. Having represented Queensland at Under 19s level in cricket and played competitively for over 12 years, he has first hand experience working with leading sports physiotherapists throughout his own injury management and recovery. This has given him a strong understanding of the demands of sport and the importance of effective rehabilitation.
As a keen golfer, Jeremy also has a particular interest in helping golfers manage injuries and return to performing at their best on the course.
Jeremy values building strong therapeutic relationships and takes a supportive, patient-centred approach, ensuring his clients feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout their recovery journey. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys staying active through golf, touch football, running, and spending time with friends and family.
Jeremy is available for Physiotherapy appointments at Sports & Spinal North Lakes.
