Katie Pritchard

Katie graduated from the University of Birmingham with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has over seven years of experience working across both acute hospital and specialist musculoskeletal settings. Most recently, she has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions, including both conservative and post-operative rehabilitation.

Katie enjoys helping people return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that’s getting back to sport, keeping up with family life, or simply moving with greater confidence. She combines hands-on treatment with exercise-based rehabilitation, including Pilates principles, to create personalised treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to each individual’s goals.

Katie has a particular interest in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation and enjoys supporting patients through every stage of their recovery. She is experienced in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including hip, knee, ankle and back pain, and is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term, sustainable outcomes. Katie has completed additional training in APPI Pilates (Levels 1 and 2), sports massage, and sports taping, and is committed to ongoing professional development.

Outside the clinic, Katie enjoys staying active through Pilates, running and surfing. She also loves travelling, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.

Katie is available for Physiotherapy appointments at Sports & Spinal Sippy Downs.
