Mahlia Snowden

Mahlia is a dedicated advocate for health and wellbeing, with a special interest in neurological rehabilitation and women’s health. Originally from the Northern Territory, her journey led her to the Gold Coast, where she completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Griffith University in 2023. During her studies, she developed a strong understanding of how the human body moves and functions, and how exercise can play a crucial role in recovery and long-term health.

Driven by a genuine passion to help others improve their quality of life, Mahlia works with a wide range of clients, including those supported by the NDIS, veterans through DVA, and individuals under WorkCover and CTP schemes. She brings a holistic and empathetic approach to each person’s unique needs.

Mahlia also has firsthand experience with the power of sport to promote health and resilience. As an active rugby union player and trainer, she combines her love of sport with her professional knowledge, applying practical insights into how exercise supports strength, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

Mahlia is available for Exercise Physiology consults at our Burleigh and Robina clinics.
