Sophie Nall
Podiatrist – Musculoskeletal and General Care
Sophie is a podiatrist with a special interest in musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. After graduating from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) with a Bachelor of Podiatry, she relocated to the Sunshine Coast. Alongside competing in soccer during university, Sophie worked at The Athlete’s Foot and has extensive knowledge in everything footwear. She keeps up to date with the ever-changing footwear technologies and provides evidence-based recommendations tailored to each patient’s biomechanics, sport, and lifestyle helping active individuals perform at their best.
With a passion for endurance training, Sophie has a strong interest in assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injures. Sophie has also completed a lower limb dry needling course, allowing her to improve hands on treatment for patients with soft tissue injuries. She focuses on developing individualised, goal-oriented treatment plans to support recovery, and help patients return to the activities they love. Sophie is also passionate about the treatment of dermatological issues such as ingrown toenails or skin pathologies. Sophie enjoys working with a diverse range of patients from young children to active adults.
Outside of work, she is often training for a long-distance triathlon or running event, enjoying the beach and spending time with her dog, Charli. She is a member of the ApodA Musculoskeletal Interest Group and Sports and Exercise Podiatry Australasia (SEPA).
