Tia Jupp
Tia graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and has a diverse experience across many forms of exercise prescription and clinical populations. Tia enjoys working collaboratively with patients and helping push them to achieve their goals. This is achieved through tailored exercise interventions, which focus on improving areas of weakness, building strength and increasing confidence in movement through personalised exercise programs.
Tia has a particular interest in lower back injuries, general strength and conditioning, ankle and knee injuries and return to running/sport programming, and has completed additional training in clinical reformer Pilates, running biomechanics and woman’s health & hormones.
Outside of work, Tia will be doing anything and everything, from triathlon training, surfing, hiking, content creation and spending time with her friends and family.
