Caio graduated as a Physiotherapist in his home country of Brazil and he has a lot of experience with sports injuries and rehabilitation.
Caio moved to Australia in 2016 and studied remedial massage using his background in physiotherapy to give people better results during their massage treatments. He chose to live permanently on the Gold Coast due to the weather and lifestyle and Caio loves to practice water exercises such as surfing, swimming, snorkeling, and diving so it was an easy decision.
Caio is passionate about improving the quality of life. Caio’s love of sports and overcoming past injuries himself enables him to understand the importance and power that is to live in full good health.
He is always open and willing to deeply investigate patients’ issues and is always looking forward to providing the best treatment for each individual. Caio understands that everyone is unique and requires special individual care and solution.
Caio has special interests in and can assist you with Remedial Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, and Joint Mobilization Techniques.

Marina Melnikoff
Musculoskeletal & Women's Health Physiotherapist
Marina has completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with first-class honours. She has since gained knowledge and experience in a range of areas for musculoskeletal injuries, TMJ treatment and dry needling.
Over the years, Marina has also pursued post-graduate courses in Womenβs and pelvic health. She can treat a range of conditions including bladder and bowel dysfunctions, pelvic organ prolapse, pre and post-natal treatment, pessary fitting, pelvic pain syndromes, and pelvic girdle pain.
Marina has an extensive background in different sporting fields such as gymnastics, powerlifting and CrossFit. She believes in helping people stick with the training they enjoy and educating them on effective injury prevention strategies. She enjoys living an active outdoor lifestyle, including spending time by the beach, diving, and running with her energetic Border Collie.

Lucy Taylor
Womenβs Health Physiotherapist
Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Queensland, where she also conducted research alongside a world-renowned Physiotherapist. Lucy is passionate about delivering holistic patient-centred care and establishing individualised rehabilitation programs so that you can achieve your goals and return to the things you enjoy in life sooner. Lucy is devoted to continuously expanding her skill set and knowledge so that she can provide superior treatment to every patient.
Lucy can assist with questions and concerns related to pre and post-natal incontinence, pelvic floor muscle strengthening and relaxing, endometriosis, menopause, pelvic pain conditions and other bladder and bowel dysfunctions. She has also completed advanced training in pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, birth choices and pessary fitting. She is very passionate about delivering you the latest research-based treatment and empowering you with the knowledge and exercises to achieve your goals.

Vicky Wu
Podiatrist
Vicky completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Podiatry with Distinction at the Queensland University of Technology. She strives to take an individualised and holistic approach with her Podiatry practices and has always been passionate about forming meaningful connections with others.
Her main interest within Podiatry lies in general podiatry treatment, diabetic foot assessment, conservative and surgical ingrown toenail treatment. During Vicky’s studies, she was recognised for two university academic awards includingΒ the Philip R. Perlman Prize for achieving the yearβs highest result in the Radiographic Image Interpretation unit andΒ the Executive Deanβs Commendation for a semester grade-point average of 6.5.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time reading non-fiction books and exercising. She also finds it enriching to explore new food, places and activities.

Claire Buttner
Physiotherapist
Claire graduated from Bond University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, having completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science prior. Claire was awarded Dux of the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences and her Physiotherapy Cohort during her postgraduate studies.
Claire has presented research at the 2023 Australian Physiotherapy Association Conference and completed an internship in the United States at Stanford University during her Physiotherapy degree. She also has a background in Strength and Conditioning, having worked with athletes involved in American Football and Rugby, AFL, Soccer, Rowing, Athletics, Swimming and Basketball.
Claire is passionate about helping people maximise their quality of life through focus on rehabilitation, movement and education. Outside of work, Claire enjoys staying active through time spent at the beach or hiking in nature, as well as going for runs.

Shannon Darlington
Exercise Physiologist
Shannon completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Graduate Diploma of Exercise Physiology at Griffith University, Gold Coast, in 2015. Since graduating, Shannon has worked in private practice and has experience working with chronic conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, occupational rehabilitation and injury prevention and management.
Shannon has developed a special interest in neuromuscular conditions, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic disease management and weight loss.
Shannon also provides Pilates-based rehabilitation for a wide array of chronic conditions and injury rehabilitation.
Shannon provides a tailored exercise program/class targeted to your individual level of strength, fitness, injuries and goals. Shannon loves helping patients achieve their goals, no matter how big or small they are.

Naomi Gould
Dietitian
Naomi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University. With a strong focus on realistic and sustainable strategies, Naomi is passionate about supporting clients in improving their health for the long term. Practising in a weight-inclusive manner Naomi encourages people from all walks of life to feel welcome and confident in seeking out nutrition care. Naomi understands that each client has different needs and values and provides an individualised approach.
Naomi is a generalist Dietitian and can provide support in a variety of areas including but not limited to Chronic Disease Management, Hypercholesterolemia, Hypertension, Diabetes, IBS, PCOS, Coeliacs Disease, nutritional deficiencies, mindful eating, and improving energy and sleep.
In her spare time, you can find Naomi getting lost in a book, surfing, or trying out a new restaurant.

Marium completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2013 before pursuing her Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University. As a senior physiotherapist, Marium is committed to serving the local community’s health and well-being requirements. With a passion for aiding local sports clubs and individuals experiencing both acute and chronic conditions, Marium can address and assist in treating Headaches and Migraines.
Her experience also extends to treating patients experiencing challenges with balance and lower limb strength, an area she finds particularly rewarding.
