Ingrid Grills
Ingrid holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University. She is a driven and passionate clinician who is dedicated to helping individuals move better, recover effectively, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Ingrid has a strong interest in musculoskeletal injuries and the rehabilitation of clients through exercise-based therapy, including Pilates. She has experience working with sporting teams, particularly in AFL and Netball, and enjoys helping athletes recover from injury and safely return to play. She works with individuals across all stages of rehabilitation, combining evidence-based physiotherapy and strength and conditioning principles to optimise recovery and performance.
Ingrid is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and adopts a supportive, patient-centred approach to care. She places a strong emphasis on ongoing professional development and strives to ensure her clients feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout every stage of their rehabilitation journey.
Outside of work, Ingrid enjoys spending time with her husband, particularly travelling and exploring new places. She also enjoys staying active through Pilates and swimming, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Ingrid is available for Physiotherapy appointments at Sports & Spinal North Lakes.
