Sam Cobourn

Sam grew up in the beautiful town of Port Macquarie where he studied at Charles Sturt University graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Distinction. Sam believes that everyone deserves to live a prosperous, healthy lifestyle where they are able to move well and pain-free so they can engage in activities that are meaningful to them. This all starts with a thorough assessment, followed by diagnosing the root cause/s of symptoms, tailoring an effective treatment plan, and then journeying with the individual towards long-lasting results.

Outside of physio, Sam has an extensive martial arts background where he has instructed and competed at an international level representing Australia in both Russia and China. He enjoys an active lifestyle, loves the outdoors, and won’t say no to a good time.

Sam has a special interest in Sports Physiotherapy, Lower Limb Physiotherapy, General Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and has completed his certificate in Dry Needling.

Sam is available for Physiotherapy at our Coolum clinic.
