Tim Lynch
APA Sports, Exercise, and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist: Lower back & neck pain + sporting injuries
Tim graduated from James Cook University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has over 10 years of experience working in the fields of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He has worked as a physiotherapist within Queensland Health, The Australian Department of Defence and the Queensland Academy of Sport as well as extensively in private practice. Tim went on to further his education and completed a Masters’ Degree in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy at Griffith University in 2016. He is now recognized by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) as a Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and a Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist. This has allowed Tim to work and travel with sporting teams (including the Queensland Women’s AFL Academy and Men’s Australian University Rugby 7’s team) as well as elite individual athletes who have competed at the Commonwealth Games and Paralympics.
Tim has a passion for providing an accurate assessment and treatment for both acute and chronic injuries, with a focus on enabling patients to stay active and reach their individual rehabilitation goals. He has a firm belief in patient education, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the development of individual exercise programs for people of all ages. His key areas of interest include persistent lower back and neck pain, acute sporting injuries, and sports injury prevention programs. Tim has completed several external physiotherapy courses which have given him further knowledge of treatment modalities including advanced manual therapy skills, dry needling, hydrotherapy, and Pain Science Education.
Tim recently moved to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane in 2021 with his wife and young son. Both he and his young family are loving the laidback lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast. On the weekends, Tim can be found searching for the best coffee shops in the local area and going for long walks along the beach with his family and their black Labrador.
Tim is available for physiotherapy appointments at our Baringa clinic.
Jess Lorraway
Physiotherapist: Lower limb injuries (knee and ankle) + sports rehabilitation
Jess completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at Central Queensland University. She has always had a focus on musculoskeletal patients, and particularly enjoys treating athletes (whether social or competitive).
Jess strongly believes in working as a team with her patients to ensure they get what they need out of physiotherapy. She will commit to giving any patient she sees 100% effort and strives to aid them in reaching their goals.
With a background focused heavily on competitive basketball, Jess has had her fair share of her own physiotherapy appointments and understands the demands sport places on the body both mentally and physically. She is keen to aid others with working to reduce their pain, improve their movement or simply get back to an activity they love.
Outside of work you will definitely find Jess at a basketball court, wishing she was at the snow skiing, or taking a break reading a book.
Jess is available for Physiotherapy consults at our Baringa clinic.
Kellie Millar
Remedial Massage Therapist
Originally from Ballarat, Victoria, Kellie relocated to the Sunshine Coast with her husband and three children earlier this year.
Kellie completed an Advanced Diploma of Remedial Massage (Myotherapy) at NMIT in Preston, Victoria in 2012 and brings over a decade of experience helping clients achieve and maintain healthy, functional movement. Her approach focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms.
A member of Myotherapy Association Australia, Kellie utilises a range of evidence-based modalities including cupping, dry needling, myofascial release, and gua sha to support recovery and optimise performance. With a Diploma in Counselling, she values a holistic approach to health,
recognising the important connection between body and mind, and how emotions and stress can manifest physically.
Favourite quote: “The body keeps the score.” — Bessel van der Kolk, MD
Fun fact: Kellie loves exploring the Sunshine Coast with her family and discovering quiet spots where she can relax, reflect, and enjoy the ocean.
Kellie is excited to be available for appointments at our Sports & Spinal Baringa.
Georgia Canfell
Physiotherapist: Head and neck pain, shoulder injuries
Georgia recently graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with First Class Honours from Central Queensland University in Rockhampton. Her early years were spent in Airlie Beach, where her love for sports began with dancing and swimming, and continued throughout her schooling years—ranging from netball, karate, and volleyball. Her sporting experiences, combined with a passion for helping others, sparked her interest in physiotherapy. After treasuring her time in regional Queensland with her family by her side, she is excited to return to the coastal lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast and grow as a new clinician.
Driven by her bubbly and warm personality, Georgia strives to provide a goal-oriented, holistic approach to patient care. Her compassion and excellent communication skills enable her to understand the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they receive care tailored to their specific concerns. Georgia is committed to helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and achieve their full potential through a personalised treatment plan.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Georgia enjoying her days spent at the beach, attending spin and Pilates classes, or exploring the beautiful scenery the Sunshine Coast has to offer, with the occasional enjoyment of a Netflix show or two.
Georgia is available for physiotherapy appointments at our Baringa and Kawana clinics.
Luke Rogers
Podiatrist - General Care, Sports & Exercise

Luke has comprehensive experience in podiatry and enjoys all aspects, from mechanical assessment and sports injuries to ingrown nails and plantar warts. Luke likes fixing feet problems. In addition to his Bachelor of Science (Podiatry) at QUT, Luke also has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, which talks to his interest in sport-related injury management and prevention.
Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Luke has an inherent love for sports, camping and the outdoors. He is a keen golfer and enjoys helping to coach his children’s soccer teams.

Originally from Sydney, Paul is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in the industry. He completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2015, moving on to a Master of Exercise Physiology in 2017, both at the Australian Catholic University.
Paul’s knowledge and interests lie in Rheumatic conditions, including Ankylosing Spondylitis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. He also has significant experience in postoperative rehabilitation, as well as musculoskeletal disorders, both acute and chronic disease management, and injury prevention. Paul also has a passion and interest in neurological rehabilitation.
Having previously worked as a Personal Trainer in the fitness industry, Paul draws passion from assisting people to achieve their health goals through physical activity and exercise; he recognises the importance of individuality and helping his clients maintain their day-to-day function by not only understanding their clinical needs but also learning about them as a person. Paul believes tailored exercise and supplemental education are pivotal to helping a client achieve their own vision of their best health and wellbeing.
When he isn’t in the clinic gym, Paul describes himself as a gamer geek; he enjoys all forms, including board games and computer gaming. He also enjoys watching the NRL – he is a Manly Sea Eagles supporter.
