Sports & Spinal Morayfield Exercise Physiology delivers structured, clinically guided exercise programs for the prevention and management of chronic disease, injury and functional limitations.
Conveniently located near Morayfield Shopping Centre, the clinic supports patients across Caboolture, Bellmere, Upper Caboolture, Moodlu, Burpengary, Burpengary East, Moorina, Rocksberg, Elimbah, Beachmere, Wamuran, Ningi and Sandstone Point, making it a practical option for the wider Morayfield and Moreton Bay region.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (EPs) are university-trained allied health professionals specialising in therapeutic exercise prescription. At Morayfield, EP services are commonly utilised by individuals transitioning from acute injury management into progressive strengthening, capacity building and work-readiness rehabilitation.
Many patients attend seeking support to rebuild physical tolerance following injury, surgery, illness or extended time away from work. Programs are carefully developed to restore strength, endurance and movement confidence — particularly for individuals returning to manual roles, repetitive tasks or physically demanding occupations common within the region.
Each program begins with a detailed clinical and functional assessment. Your Exercise Physiologist will take the time to understand your medical history, current limitations and personal goals before designing an individualised plan aligned with your lifestyle and occupational requirements.
Sports & Spinal accredited Exercise Physiologists can assist with Diabetes & Obesity, General Health & well-being, Mental Health Issues, Musculoskeletal Injuries, Neurological Conditions, Strength & Conditioning, Women’s Health, Aging, Chronic Pain, Fatigue, Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, Paediatrics and Cancer.
Treatment involves structured, progressive exercise tailored to your capacity. Programs may be delivered within our onsite gym environment, community gym settings or pool-based environments where appropriate. Education forms a key part of care, ensuring you understand how movement supports recovery and long-term health outcomes.
As part of a multi-disciplinary clinic, Exercise Physiology can be integrated with Physiotherapy, Podiatry and other allied health services to provide coordinated, staged rehabilitation where required.
Sports & Spinal Morayfield is NDIS registered and supports Medicare referrals and private health rebates via HICAPS. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available onsite.
If you are rebuilding strength after injury, managing a chronic condition, or preparing to return to work safely, our Morayfield Exercise Physiology team provides practical, progression-focused care designed to improve long-term resilience and function.

I have been attending here for a couple of months, to be completely honest, I have met some wonderful people who go above and beyond to assist me in my recovery, the patience understanding and care I am extremely grateful for, the exercise app that I have on my phone helps me keep up with my daily physiotherapy at home, Reagan, Lachlan and the wonderful staff I wish you all the very best in 2026, thank you 😊
Carly and Lachlan are lovely people and easy to talk to. They make it much easier for me to walk in there and give it a real goservice
After landing from a 16 hour flight my very bad back was absolutely shot. I found sports and spine online and saw they had a good rating so made an appointment.
I was very blessed to have Laura who in the space of 3 sessions had me standing straight and walking normal again. She’s fantastic at what she does and very knowledgeable and equally friendly. I would say one of the best therapists for my back I’ve ever had.
Thank you Laura, I can at least enjoy the last few days of my holiday. 🙏
Everyone in Sports and Spinal, Morayfield have helped me through recovery of numerous injuries. From Pam to Reagan, to Lockie, Tom and Mandy thank you. You have not only been understanding, professional and knowledgeable but you have also been kind and given me a great laugh.
Highly recommend the team. They’re everything I’ve said and more
Thank you so much to the team, very kind, encouraging and accommodating throughout my workers comp recovery. Reagan was gentle and caring, Lachie made exercise sessions easier as he is so happy and friendly and always ready with clever alternative approaches if there was something I couldn’t do yet.
I don’t think I could sing enough praises about this clinic. Specifically Laura King who is genuinely restoring my faith in physiotherapy slowly.
She genuinely wants to see change for her patients and actively stays educated and up to date with new information. She will always take the time to educate and explain what she is doing and how it applies. Even if you fall off the wagon she will get you back up and you won’t feel patronised or judged at all.
Tash is ALWAYS greeting us by name with the most welcoming aura and genuinely makes people feel at ease from the get go. She is always up for a conversation and really sets the vibe up for success.
Thank you for all the support so far
I visited Sports & Spinal Morayfield for a leg injury I picked up during a cricket match, and Reagan (Physio) and Lachlan (Exercise Physiologist) knew exactly how to guide me on the quickest and most stable path to recovery.
After suffering a work related injury to my back i chose to setup an appointment at sports and spinal morayfield. It would had to have been the smartest decision I made in relation to path to recovery. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the friendly and professional reception staff of Pam and her reception team, the experience only improved. With Reagan and Lauchans expert guidance and support through out my treatment was nothing short of confidence building. Showing genuine compassion along with expert advice to help me tackle the hurdles of my recovery instilled a confidence in me that has led to, with their assisstance, my return to work. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. And big.thank you to the whole team for their professional attitude and support.
I see reegan at the Morayfield centre and the service there is 10/10 my back has improved massively since I’ve been seeing her I’m very happy with Reegan and Morayfield sports and spinal.

Today is R U OK? Day 💛
Today we celebrate World Physiotherapy Day! 🥳
That`s a wrap on another successful Better Outcomes Conference, proudly hosted in collaboration with @travis_schultz_partners!
Welcome in. 💚
Cerebral palsy can have a lifelong impact, which is why early detection and access to therapy can make an important difference for babies and their families.
Just six days ago, we wrapped up Steptember, with our Sports & Spinal team getting moving throughout September to raise funds for early detection and therapy for babies with cerebral palsy.
Together, we walked 35,661,443 steps (that’s the equivalent of two laps of Australia!) and raised $16,068 for the cause.
Cerebral palsy is also a particularly special cause for our Managing Director, Sean Campbell, who is passionate about Sports & Spinal continuing to get behind @steptemberau and supporting the work it does each year.
A huge thank you to everyone who stepped, donated, encouraged and got involved throughout September. We’re so proud of what our team achieved together and the difference those steps will make for babies and families affected by cerebral palsy.

#RUOKDay #RUOK #SportsandSpinal
Back in 1992, we began as a dedicated physiotherapy practice. While we have since grown into a vibrant multidisciplinary family across 26 clinics, with the addition of our community team at TRS, our foundational roots still run deep, and we remain proudly led and run by a team of incredible physiotherapists.
A heartfelt thank you to all the incredible physiotherapists across the whole group. Your unwavering dedication to clinical excellence, patient care, and helping our communities move and feel better is truly inspiring.
Thank you for everything you do!
This weekend, we brought together people from across healthcare, allied health and personal injury for a day of learning, connection and collaboration, all with one shared goal: better outcomes for the people we support.
We were especially proud to bring together Katie Lyndon, CEO of Exercise & Sports Science Australia, and Rob LoPresti, CEO of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, for the first time. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to connect with our physiotherapy and exercise physiology teams, as well as the wider Sports & Spinal Group, and share ideas about the future of our professions.
A huge thank you to our incredible experts, panellists and presenters for sharing their knowledge, and to our generous sponsors, VALD, ASICS, EMS DolorClast Oceania, Alpha Sport and Bared Footwear, for helping make the day such a success.
We’re already looking forward to Better Outcomes 2027. Until then, we can’t wait to see the ideas, connections and knowledge from this year continue to make a difference.
