Carly has gained a wealth of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in managing neck and shoulder pain. Carly is passionate about working with her patients to help them overcome injury and return to optimal function. She will work relentlessly to help you achieve your goals. Carly often utilises Pilates-based rehabilitation with her patients to allow them to continue to improve beyond their injury. Carly will likely be on the run with her dog, Ollie, when she’s not at the clinic or out to breakfast with friends.

Zachary Howard
Exercise Physiologist
Zac is driven by his passion for helping others. He graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science (Exercise Physiology). Since then, he has gained extensive experience in private practice, providing Exercise Physiology services to patients in various areas, including metabolic, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, performance enhancement, neurological conditions, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Work Cover, and NDIS. Zac is dedicated to designing exercise programs that are enjoyable and tailored to each patient’s goals and previous experiences, aiming to support them in living a healthy and active lifestyle.
Zac has a particular interest in NDIS, Work Cover, and CTP insurance rehabilitation. He works closely with his patients, delivering cutting-edge exercise programs to maximize their rehabilitation. Whether it’s acute injuries or chronic pain, Zac finds fulfilment in supporting patients throughout their journey to health and wellness.
Before entering the clinical field, Zac was the head strength and conditioning coach for the largest Tennis Centre on the Sunshine Coast, leveraging his Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (with a minor in performance enhancement). Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, playing tennis, and riding his motorbike.
Zac is one of our lead Exercise Physiologists and is an Associate Partner.

Rene Coloma
Massage Therapist
Rene graduated with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy from Endeavour College. Rene has always had a passion for helping others relieve their stress through massage. During Reneâs studies, he gained experience in sports massage, lymphatic drainage, remedial massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. Rene is also trained in cupping therapy and is able to incorporate this into his massage treatments. Rene offers pregnancy massages for women up to the end of their second trimester.
Since completing his studies, Rene has had the opportunity to collaborate with the Men and Womenâs Brisbane Roar teams (soccer) and assist them with their post-game recovery. Outside work, Rene enjoys playing basketball, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.

Thomas Abraham
Podiatrist - General Care, Sports & Exercise
Podiatrist – Areas Treated: Foot, Ankle, Knee, Toenail Care
Tom completed a Bachelor of Podiatry with the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. Since leaving university, he has gained extensive experience in podiatric sporting injuries, biomechanics, chronic lower limb pain, paediatrics, and neurological conditions.
Tom has a special interest in diabetic care and education, which he is currently undertaking further study in.
His treatment is always provided according to the most recent research and aims to treat each patient with the best possible care that he can. Tom employs several treatment modalities according to each individual patient and their goals including hands-on soft tissue work, dry needling, taping/strapping, exercise prescription, and education to name a few.
During school and university, Tom spent some time working with ASICS and has been actively involved in playing soccer, tennis and completed athletics up to a state level on multiple occasions. Tom is a keen traveller spending a year in Europe and some time in Nepal volunteering and completing the Everest base camp trek. Tom also enjoys snowboarding when he can.

Daniel Leahy
Exercise Physiologist
Daniel graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Seeking a tropical change and a fresh start to begin his career as an EP, Daniel joins us from South Australia, where he lived his entire life. Having always been involved in sports growing up, the opportunity to study and work in a field that allows him to use his passion for exercise to assist people to live better lives was a natural choice. Placement opportunities across Adelaide and Darwin have exposed him to various chronic conditions and presentations, and he has experience working with NDIS, Medicare, DVA and Work Cover clients.
Daniel strives to work with clients to set out individualised and meaningful goals and assists them in achieving these goals through specific and evidence-based exercise programs. Daniel is particularly interested in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, helping people to correct movement patterns, reduce pain and recover from injury or surgery. As well as this, he has a keen interest in neurological conditions, helping people improve their physical function and quality of life through exercise.
Daniel has a passion for many sports outside of work, including AFL, cricket and basketball. He also enjoys travelling and spending time exploring.
Daniel is available for Exercise Physiology appointments at our Redcliffe and Morayfield clinics.
Ricki-Lee Driver
Dietitian
Ricki-Lee is passionate about supporting and empowering clients to achieve their health-related goals. Since graduating with an Honours in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Ricki-Lee has obtained experience across various sectors, including private hospitals, aged care facilities, private practice, and specialist teams. Ricki-Lee applies a patient-centred approach to enable clients to overcome health barriers and facilitate diet and lifestyle independence. Ricki-Lee has special interests in adult and childhood obesity, bariatrics and disability.
Outside work, Ricki-lee enjoys rock climbing, spending time with family and friends, and experimenting in the kitchen.

Get Christmas started early with these healthy rum ball recipes. best of yet, you can bake them now and freeze them for the big day.
Ingredients
đ1 can black beans, rinsed
đ1/4 cup natural peanut butter
đ2 tbsp cocoa (additional for dusting optional)
đ4 tbsp rum
đ1 tsp vanilla essence
đ6 dates
đ2 tbsp maple syrup
đ2 tbsp flour
đ 2 tbsp almond meal
đ Desiccated coconut for dusting (optional)
Method đĽ
1. Soak dates in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain fluid.
2. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Roll dough into small balls and coat in coconut, extra cocoa, or as is.
4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

âŤď¸ 1/4 tsp bicarb soda
âŤď¸ 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
âŤď¸ 2 tbsp milk (any type)
Method đĽ
1. Preheat oven to 150C.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the 1 1/2 cups flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and bicarb soda.
3. Form a well in the centre of the flour mixture and pour in the oil, maple syrup, and milk then mix to combine.
4. If the mixture is sticky, add the extra 1/4 cup of flour.
5. With a rolling pin, roll the dough flat. Roughly 0.5cm thick.
6. Cut the dough out with cookie cutters and lay the biscuits on a lined baking tray.
7. Form a ball with the left-over dough and repeat steps 4-5 for the remaining dough.
8. Bake for 10-13 minutes until golden and then decorate however you wish!
