Remedial Massage Therapist
Rene graduated with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy from Endeavour College. Rene has always had a passion for helping others relieve their stress through massage. During Rene’s studies, he gained experience in sports massage, lymphatic drainage, remedial massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. Rene is also trained in cupping therapy and is able to incorporate this into his massage treatments. Rene offers pregnancy massages for women up to the end of their second trimester.
Since completing his studies, Rene has had the opportunity to collaborate with the Men and Women’s Brisbane Roar teams (soccer) and assist them with their post-game recovery. Outside work, Rene enjoys playing basketball, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.

Carly Betteridge
Musculoskeletal, Shoulder & Neck Physiotherapist
Carly has gained a wealth of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in managing neck and shoulder pain. Carly is passionate about working with her patients to help them overcome injury and return to optimal function. She will work relentlessly to help you achieve your goals.
Carly often utilises Pilates-based rehabilitation with her patients to allow them to continue to improve beyond their injury.
Carly will likely be on the run with her dog, Ollie, when she’s not at the clinic or out to breakfast with friends.

Reagan Hetherington
Physiotherapist
Hailing from rural NSW, Reagan graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Throughout her studies, she gained invaluable experience across many fields including musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and neurological physiotherapy.
Reagan values the importance of good communication whilst working closely with her patients to achieve optimal results. She employs a warm and supportive approach to her sessions, motivating her clients to reach their goals and return to feeling their best. With a passion for health and fitness, Reagan is an accredited Mat work and Reformer Pilates instructor. She is passionate about incorporating Pilates into exercise programs, acknowledging its pivotal role in rehabilitation and recovery.
Reagan has also completed a Sports Medicine Australia Level 1 Sports Trainer course and has experience working with a variety of different sporting teams, including rugby league, rugby union and netball.
After recently relocating to Queensland, Reagan looks forward to exploring all that the local region has to offer. Outside of the clinic, Reagan enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling the world, water skiing, playing netball and watching the footy.

Podiatrist – Areas Treated: Foot, Ankle, Knee, Toenail Care
Tom completed a Bachelor of Podiatry with the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. Since leaving university, he has gained extensive experience in podiatric sporting injuries, biomechanics, chronic lower limb pain, paediatrics, and neurological conditions.
Tom has a special interest in diabetic care and education, which he is currently undertaking further study in.
His treatment is always provided according to the most recent research and aims to treat each patient with the best possible care that he can. Tom employs several treatment modalities according to each individual patient and their goals including hands-on soft tissue work, dry needling, taping/strapping, exercise prescription, and education to name a few.
During school and university, Tom spent some time working with ASICS and has been actively involved in playing soccer, tennis and completed athletics up to a state level on multiple occasions. Tom is a keen traveller spending a year in Europe and some time in Nepal volunteering and completing the Everest base camp trek. Tom also enjoys snowboarding when he can.

Lauchlan Simmons
Exercise Physiologist
Lauchlan completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) as a mature aged student at the University of Southern Queensland. Lauchlan has a particular interest in assisting those with neurological conditions such as stroke, and Parkinson’s disease. He believes that tailored exercise programs can significantly enhance the quality of life for individuals with these conditions, making everyday activities more manageable and less daunting. His approach focuses on using exercise as a therapeutic tool to improve physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.
In addition to neurological conditions, Lauchlan is passionate about using individualised exercise regimens to address a broad spectrum of health issues. He recognizes the potential of exercise as a form of medicine and integrates it into treatment plans for various conditions. These include musculoskeletal, metabolic, renal, cardiovascular, mental health, respiratory conditions and assisting with post-cancer care. Lauchlan’s holistic and personalized approach to exercise ensures that everyone receives a program suited to their specific needs and health status, maximizing the benefits of physical activity for their condition. Lauchlan prides himself in staying up to date with the latest exercise physiology research to ensure he can implement gold standard care for all his clients.
Lauchlan has always had a keen interest in sport. He has been involved in playing club cricket, AFL football in the state league, playing and umpiring volleyball, and golfing. Lauchlan acknowledges the long-term health benefits of regularly participating in physical activity – something he wants to share with you.

Amanda Grant-Holt
Dietitian
Amanda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, completing her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Amanda has since worked in private practice, community, and the age care sector on the Sunshine Coast.
Amanda is passionate about working collaboratively with clients with an aim to improve health long term. With a strong focus on inclusivity and non-judgmental care, Amanda understands that each client’s values and needs vary and will personalise nutrition strategies to align with each client’s goals and individual circumstances.
Amanda is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) who aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment to clients recovering from eating disorders and/or disordered eating. With her warm and compassionate nature, she has a deep passion to support her clients to achieve a positive relationship with food and body, realising every recovery journey is unique.
Amanda’s interests are, but are not limited to, eating disorders/disordered eating, chronic disease management, gastrointestinal health, nutrition and mental health, cholesterol management, diabetes management, nutrient deficiencies and nutrition for the older population.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys being out in nature and taking in all the wonders that the Sunshine Coast has to offer whether it be beach walks, rainforests or frequenting local cafés and restaurants. She also enjoys her daily yoga practise and spending time with family and friends.
