The Sports & Spinal Morayfield team uses the latest evidence-based treatments to treat various conditions, including shoulder, neck and back pain, sporting injuries, lower limb conditions, women’s health, headaches, work cover incidents, pre-and post-surgical, motor vehicle accidents and more.
Our team will provide you with a comprehensive assessment and treatment from start to finish. Our clinicians will work with YOU to facilitate your complete recovery.
Sports & Spinal Morayfield is NDIS registered and accepts Medicare rebates and HICAPS health fund claims. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are also available for payment.

Carly has gained a wealth of experience treating musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in managing neck and shoulder pain. Carly is passionate about working with her patients to help them overcome injury and return to optimal function. She will work relentlessly to help you achieve your goals.
Carly often utilises Pilates-based rehabilitation with her patients to allow them to continue to improve beyond their injury.
Carly will likely be on the run with her dog, Ollie, when she’s not at the clinic or out to breakfast with friends.
Laura King
Physiotherapist - Lower Limb, Post-operative rehabilitation
Laura graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Canberra. Laura has a wealth of experience in sports Physiotherapy across rugby league, rugby union and AFL. Having worked in the Canberra Raiders junior pathways and NRL with the Jillaroos, including the 2021 World Cup, Laura relocated to Queensland for an opportunity with the Titans NRLW team in 2024.
Laura believes combining a holistic approach with patient education, manual therapy, exercise and goal setting produces great outcomes for her clients. Laura utilises strength and conditioning concepts to improve the overall wellbeing of her clients.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys going to the gym, taking her border collie for walks on the beach and paddleboarding.
Laura has completed her Level 1 Sports Physio course through the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).

Reagan Hetherington
Physiotherapist: Musculoskeletal, Women's Health - pregnancy & postpartum, Pilates
Hailing from rural NSW, Reagan graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).
Reagan values the importance of good communication whilst working closely with her patients to achieve optimal results. She employs a warm and supportive approach to her sessions, motivating her clients to reach their goals.
Reagan has gained experience managing a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, helping her patients return to feeling their best. She has also completed further training in dry needling, Pilates and Women’s Health, with an interest in helping her patients manage pre and postnatal recovery.
Outside of the clinic, Reagan enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling the world, water skiing, playing netball and watching the footy.
Reagan is available for physiotherapy appointments at our Morayfield clinic.
Lili Piletic
Physiotherapist: General
Lili graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy. During her studies she became apart of Sports Medicine Australia with a Level 1 Sports trainer qualification where she worked with local AFL and netball teams.
Lili’s passion for physiotherapy lies based on returning patients to their goals and assisting in rehabilitation, with a keen interest in lower limb injuries having delt with her fair share of injuries as passionate netball player prior to and during her studies. In her spare time, you’ll find Lili in a Pilates class or off exploring along the Coast.

Rene Coloma
Remedial Massage Therapist: Sports, Trigger Point Massage, Relaxation
Rene graduated with a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy from Endeavour College. Rene has always had a passion for helping others relieve their stress through massage. During Rene’s studies, he gained experience in sports massage, lymphatic drainage, remedial massage, deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy. Rene is also trained in cupping therapy and is able to incorporate this into his massage treatments. Rene offers pregnancy massages for women up to the end of their second trimester.
Since completing his studies, Rene has had the opportunity to collaborate with the Men and Women’s Brisbane Roar teams (soccer) and assist them with their post-game recovery. Outside work, Rene enjoys playing basketball, dancing, and spending time with friends and family.

Thomas Abraham
Podiatrist - General Care, Sports & Exercise
Podiatrist – Areas Treated: Foot, Ankle, Knee, Toenail Care
Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from the Queensland University of Technology Brisbane in 2019. Since then, he has gained extensive experience across podiatry, with expertise in sports injuries, biomechanics, chronic lower limb pain, and ingrown toenail surgery.
During his studies, Tom worked with ASICS, gaining valuable insight into footwear design and performance, which he now applies in his clinical practice to optimise patient outcomes. He has a strong focus on sports podiatry and enjoys helping people of all ages and activity levels stay active, recover from injury, and perform at their best. His clinical interests include overuse injuries, tendon and bone stress conditions, and biomechanical assessments to improve movement efficiency and prevent re-injury.
Tom provides evidence-based, individualised treatment, including soft tissue therapy, dry needling, taping or strapping, orthotics, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education. He values a collaborative approach and works closely with physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and other allied health professionals when it best supports patient recovery.
Outside the clinic, Tom enjoys travel, outdoor adventure—including completing the Everest Base Camp trek—and staying active through sport. He has competed at a state level in athletics and also enjoys playing soccer and tennis.

Lauchlan Simmons

Lauchlan completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) as a mature aged student at the University of Southern Queensland. Lauchlan has a particular interest in assisting those with neurological conditions such as stroke, and Parkinson’s disease. He believes that tailored exercise programs can significantly enhance the quality of life for individuals with these conditions, making everyday activities more manageable and less daunting. His approach focuses on using exercise as a therapeutic tool to improve physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.
In addition to neurological conditions, Lauchlan is passionate about using individualised exercise regimens to address a broad spectrum of health issues. He recognizes the potential of exercise as a form of medicine and integrates it into treatment plans for various conditions. These include musculoskeletal, metabolic, renal, cardiovascular, mental health, respiratory conditions and assisting with post-cancer care. Lauchlan’s holistic and personalized approach to exercise ensures that everyone receives a program suited to their specific needs and health status, maximizing the benefits of physical activity for their condition. Lauchlan prides himself in staying up to date with the latest exercise physiology research to ensure he can implement gold standard care for all his clients.
Lauchlan has always had a keen interest in sport. He has been involved in playing club cricket, AFL football in the state league, playing and umpiring volleyball, and golfing. Lauchlan acknowledges the long-term health benefits of regularly participating in physical activity – something he wants to share with you.

Lara is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who graduated from the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2024. She is passionate about helping people regain their confidence and quality of life through evidence-based exercise. With experience in neurological and cardiac rehabilitation, Lara develops personalised programs that empower her clients to improve their physical function and overall well-being.
Her past experience coaching basketball and swimming has equipped her to connect with people of all abilities and tailor programs to meet unique goals—whether it’s recovering from an injury or enhancing athletic performance.
Having grown up immersed in sports such as soccer, touch football, basketball, triathlons, and swimming, Lara understands the transformative power of movement. Having faced her own rehabilitation challenges during her sporting career, Lara connects with the physical and emotional journey her clients go through and is committed to supporting them every step of the way.
When she’s not helping others achieve their goals, you’ll find her staying active at the gym, spending time with loved ones, or relaxing on the beach.

Amanda Grant-Holt
Dietitian: Gastrointestinal health, Eating disorders, Older Population
Amanda is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, completing her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Amanda has since worked in private practice, community, and the age care sector on the Sunshine Coast.
Amanda is passionate about working collaboratively with clients with an aim to improve health long term. With a strong focus on inclusivity and non-judgmental care, Amanda understands that each client’s values and needs vary and will personalise nutrition strategies to align with each client’s goals and individual circumstances.
Amanda is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC) who aims to provide a safe and welcoming environment to clients recovering from eating disorders and/or disordered eating. With her warm and compassionate nature, she has a deep passion to support her clients to achieve a positive relationship with food and body, realising every recovery journey is unique.
Amanda’s interests are, but are not limited to, eating disorders/disordered eating, chronic disease management, gastrointestinal health, nutrition and mental health, cholesterol management, diabetes management, nutrient deficiencies and nutrition for the older population.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys being out in nature and taking in all the wonders that the Sunshine Coast has to offer whether it be beach walks, rainforests or frequenting local cafés and restaurants. She also enjoys her daily yoga practise and spending time with family and friends.

Meet Patrick 💪
Johnny graduated from James Cook University in 2019 and specialises in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, also providing tailored care for clients under the NDIS. He loves helping people achieve ambitious goals, whether it’s returning to running, kayaking, or even picking up fishing again.
In 2022, Johnny became Clinical Mentor & Sports Medicine Coordinator for the Solomon Islands Institute of Sport, supporting athletes across 22+ sports for the 2023 Pacific Games, often treating under coconut trees, a career highlight! He’s also a qualified Strength & Conditioning Level 1 Coach, trained in Western Acupuncture and Dry Needling.
When he’s not working, Johnny enjoys rugby league, scuba diving, and gardening.
