WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF US

Went to the clinic after a sprained ankle injury. Practice manager Nick treated me 5 weeks out from a half marathon. He was great and checked in on my progress all the time as i was determined to complete the run.I managed to get the half marathon done and wouldn't have been possible without the help. Great experience.
The best treatment for my shoulder that I could possibly haveI had a really good experience and I definitely recommend this place
Had the most incredible massage on my upper back/shoulders/neck by Ray yesterday. Walked out felling 100%. Tension gone! Thanks Ray!!
First time here today as I usually hate physios after dealing with the Army and lots of knee/hip ops… Robbie here has changed all this making the visit comfortable and enjoyable and knowing my needs and limitations and taking into consideration my personal life and work life to make a program that suits. Plus i walked out and not limped out nice work mate…. See ya next week…..
I went in for back pain. After therapy, l noticed immediately the pain gone and have stayed pain-free ever since. It's been 4 weeks since the 1st visit. I highly recommend a visit for your whatever problem. Worth the try?
Podiatrist Joel Erskine is absolutely brilliant. His kindness and gentle nature with my 9yo son was exceptional. My son was really worried about having treatment to his plantar warts. Joel has been able to reassure him with age appropriate explanations along the way. Highly recommended.
Great facility, had the best massage from Ray , highly recommend her
I've been training for more than an Year and these guys are unbelievable. Highly recommended !!!

VEGIE STICKS + HUMMUS
Aim for a variety of coloured fruit and veg! Boost fibre by adding a side of carrots or baby cucumber to your usual snacks – this small change can reduce your risk of chronic disease development by 30%!

NUTS
Gut bacteria feed on the prebiotic fibre found in nuts resulting in the production of short chain fatty acid Butyrate- higher levels of Butyrate is associated with improved mood, gut motility and better appetite control.

TUNA & BARLEY
Barley is an essential wholegrain that can also help to reduce cholesterol levels. Mixed snacks containing tuna & wholegrains is a delicious and filling snack high in protein and fibre.

LEGUMES
1/3 cup cooked legumes (chickpeas, lentils, blackbeans) provide up to 10% daily fibre requirements! Munch on some roasted chickpeas or throw a can of lentils into your spaghetti bolognaise
