You can find us on the 3rd floor of the HQ Building (Corner of Riverwalk & Laver Drive) at 36/58 Riverwalk Avenue, with convenient car parking right out the front. The clinic is a 2-minute drive from the town centre and conveniently located near Merrimac, Mudgeeraba, Varsity Lakes, Reedy Creek, Clear Island Waters, Mermaid Waters, Tallai, Worongary and Carrara.

Our Exercise Physiology clinic features on-site car parking as well as an onsite gym with Pilates equipment. We’re NDIS registered, and Medicare rebates and HICAPS health fund claims are available. EFTPOS and credit card facilities are also available for payment. You can expect our Exercise Physiologist to listen to your personal story and ask questions, so they can work with you to guide an appropriate treatment plan. Our Exercise Physiologist will complete a detailed, goal-focused, clinical, and functional assessment.

Treatment will vary and be specific to you but will likely involve modified movement and exercises to build your capacity and function through strength, fitness, balance, and more. Treatment will change and progress while working alongside your Exercise Physiologist. Our Exercise physiologists will provide education on health, conditions, injuries and what to do and what not to do may take place in different environments, including our onsite gym, your regular gym and pools, depending on your interests and goals. Our Exercise Physiologist believes in a multi-disciplinary approach and will work with other health professionals to help manage your condition.

Mahalia Kinsela

Exercise Physiologist

Mahalia is a firm believer that movement is medicine. Having completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology at Southern Cross University, she is passionate about helping people to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Mahalia has a keen interest in musculoskeletal issues and assisting people in managing chronic pain. She has also worked with a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, pulmonary diseases, heart conditions and mental health.

Using evidence-based practice, Mahalia will work with you to create a tailor-made program to address your health concerns. Her top priority is to ensure you feel supported and empowered throughout your time together, as well as enabling you to take charge of your health and fitness in the future.

Finding Robina Sports & Spinal and Parking Information:

To find the HQ Building, from the Pacific Motorway M1, take exit 82. Turn onto Robina Parkway and continue towards Robina Shopping Centre. At the first roundabout turn left (onto Laver Drive) and you will see the HQ @ Robina building on your right.

Robina parking is available at the front of the building in the ‘visitor’ car parks. If these are full, we have 2 spaces available on basement level 1. To access the basement level car parks you will need to turn left out of the car park and do a U-turn at the roundabout, followed by a U-turn at the next roundabout, then turn left into Riverwalk Avenue, and the entrance to the Basement car park is on your right. As you enter the Basement car park turn left and we have 2 designated car parking spaces, which are numbered 36.
