WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF US

Highly recommend the practitioners here. I received excellent physio treatment and advice from Poonam for some pretty chronic back & knee pain. And the group Pilates is also very good.
Great experience! Friendly and helpful office staff, professional practitioner, outcomes have exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Sports and Spinal.
Cielo and the team are absolutely amazing! I saw Cielo to get physio on a shoulder I could hardly move and after the appointment she gave me exercises to not only help the issue but strengthen the area to avoid this happening again. She's also an absolutely wonderful person! I also got a massage from Kristi and besides being extremely friendly, I felt amazing afterwards. Special mention to Pauline in Reception who is always friendly and welcoming. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!
Started here in March seeing Damien (physiotherapist) who is fantastic, and started doing pilates and gym a short time later with Damien, Piumi and Georgia and have loved every minute of it. Massages from Kristi are amazing and Erika at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. I've found the whole team to be knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate at all times, and they are always working with me to help me reach my goals. Highly recommended :)
Had a remedial massage from Kristi and I can't recommend her enough. Put me at ease immediately and I left feeling 10x better.
Booked a podiatrist appointment last week at late notice. Scheduled it for the same day appointment was on time reception and specialist both very friendly and even though I had booked a 30 Min appointment only charged me for a 20 min appointment as that's all the time it took. Would definitely recommend
My husband attended Sports and spinal Springfield and found the Cielo and the staff to be very thorough and understanding. Great follow up appointments and access to exercises. Would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend Sports & Spinal Springfield more highly. I’ve seen Cielo, Claire and Pumi for physio and Kirsty for massage and they have all been fantastic. The at home exercises and after care have also been really helpful to minimise my soreness both pre and post natally. Will definitely be returning again. Thank you so much team!
Had a knee issue for over a year following the COVID break. Went to Sports and Spinal and received some simple exercises to complete. After a month or two my knee was better and was able tor run pain free again. Fantastic staff, solved my problem, and gave simple explanations to follow at home.
Great service with lovely staff very friendly and accommodating.
I've seen a few of the practitioners here and I could not recommend them highly enough! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met!! You are always made to feel welcomed from the moment you step in the door and greeted with a friendly smile from the receptionist!!!

✨PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH WEEK 2023 ✨

THE THEME FOR 2023 IS CONNECTION THROUGH CONVERSATION 👯‍♀️

At Sports and Spinal we offer Women’s Health classes which allows you to connect and relate with other mums and build a supportive community around you 💕

“Honest and compassionate conversations about perinatal mental health are life changing 💥 Whether you’re experiencing mental health challenges yourself, or if you’re concerned about a loved one we know that reaching out and talking about the way you’re feeling can be really hard ‼️It can feel tricky to find the right words. You might be worried about the way the person you’re talking to will react, and there’s a lot of fear around getting it wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️

That’s why this Perinatal Mental Health Week, we want you to know that everyone needs help at some point in their lives, and everyone deserves compassion and support 🙋🏾‍♀️

Reaching out, truly listening and making a connection is more important than getting the words completely perfect.

The PANDA Helpline provides counselling, referral and peer support from parents who have been through similar challenges. When someone calls, they will speak with a counsellor who understands the challenges of being a new or expecting parent. PANDA counsellors and peer workers listen with kindness and compassion, help callers explore support options, and can also provide information about appropriate specialist services” @pandanational
