Georgia White

Georgia graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Distinction) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Although Georgia is passionate in all fields of exercise physiology, she has a special interest in women’s health, oncology, neurological and paediatric rehabilitation.

Georgia has completed further professional development courses in Women’s Health, in particular, rehabilitation for POP (Pelvic Organ Prolapse), DRAM (diastasis recti), pre and post-natal, endometriosis and PCOS. She has also completed an array of professional development courses for Oncology Rehabilitation, focussing on safe prescription and implementation of exercise interventions during and post-treatment to address debilitating side effects of cancer (both during and post-treatment side effects) including post-cancer fatigue, peripheral neuropathy, atrophy, cachexia, body image concerns and many more.

She finds it immensely rewarding and takes pride in providing treatment to her patients, watching them progress with treatment, achieving goals and unlocking certain aspects of their rehabilitation they never thought they could. Georgia believes “Exercise is Medicine” and sees the importance of this with her patients as they feel empowered from the benefits of exercise interventions.

You’ll see Georgia sneaking a Tim Tam from the clinic fridge and blaring her questionable music choices. Outside of the clinic, Georgia loves playing the piano, live music and keeping fit and healthy in the gym.
