What Maroochydore Patients Say

★★★★★
I walked into sports & spinal Maroochydore ten weeks ago barely able to make it around the block, in a level of pain I hadn’t experienced before. Today, I’m almost completely pain-free and back to living my life normally, I owe so much of that to Zakkiyya. From my very first appointment, she was warm, caring, and genuinely invested in my recovery. She listened, explained everything clearly, and tailored my treatment to what I actually needed, adjusting along the way as I improved. Her kindness made a difficult time so much easier, and her skill made the results possible.
Ten weeks on, the difference is night and day. Zakkiyya isn’t just a brilliant physio, she’s a miracle worker. I can’t recommend her highly enough

The reception team were very kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. It was very easy to communicate with them, which I really appreciated as English is not my first language. They made everything feel simple and comfortable.
The physiotherapist was also very kind, professional and took the time to listen to me and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated the care and support from everyone.
Thank you for your kindness.

I’ve always been active in sports, unfortunately that comes with plenty of injuries so I’ve visited quite a few physio’s over the years. I can say hand on heart that Jesse is the best. He’s not only only a genuine nice guy who cares, he thinks beyond the basic injury to long term care to prevent more injuries and he also thinks outside the box. I can not recommend him enough.

From Hanna on reception, who was kind, professional and welcoming with a genuine smile, to Kyle my physician, who was kind, approachable and very knowledgeable regarding my injury and treatment, I was very impressed with every aspect of my appointment here. The place is so friendly and professional, clean and naturally well lit. I especially liked to see that the healthy pot plants in reception were real, a nice change from seeing artificial plants these days. I will highly recommend them his place to my friends and family. Thank you

Thank you to the team at Sports and Spinal Maroochydore for their amazing care and support throughout my recovery from a sporting accident.
I first saw Briony, who was incredibly thorough with her assessment of my injuries and provided great advice from the beginning. I then worked with Blair, their exercise physiologist, who helped me better understand my capabilities and guided me confidently through my return to exercise. He was encouraging, helped me work through obstacles along the way, and genuinely cared about my recovery.
Everyone at Sports and Spinal went above and beyond in my care. The whole team was professional, supportive, and genuinely caring. I’m very grateful for everything they’ve done, Thank you!

Today is R U OK? Day 💛

Sometimes, the simplest message can mean the most.

If someone comes to mind, send them this. Check in. Ask how they're really going, and be ready to listen.

You don't need to have all the answers. Knowing someone cares can make a real difference.

If you're doing it tough, remember that you don't have to face it alone. Reaching out is a sign of strength, and support is available.
