Ashley Ervine is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 15 years in clinical practice, with a special interest in spinal pain, sacroiliac joint (SIJ) dysfunction, and hip conditions. She effectively manages acute injuries, chronic presentations, and post-operative recovery, helping patients restore function and reduce discomfort through evidence-based, individualized care.
Ashley advanced her skills with postgraduate training in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT) in 2013, where she received the Top Case Study Award for her exceptional clinical reasoning and practical application. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor, designing targeted programs that integrate rehabilitation, strength training, and mobility enhancement for optimal long-term outcomes. Katherine Hickey
Physiotherapist: Spinal pain, Concussion, Dance rehabilitation & Injury prevention
Katherine is a dedicated physiotherapist who genuinely cares about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities they love. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of Queensland, along with a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Magnetic Resonance Technology. She also holds certifications in Rehab Pilates and dry needling, and has completed additional postgraduate training in concussion, spinal pain, and dance rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Her experience working with elite athletes at the Nitro Circus World Games, combined with her personal experiences as a dancer and dance teacher, gives Katherine a unique perspective on injury prevention and recovery. She’s passionate about empowering her patients throughout their rehabilitation journey by designing personalised treatment plans that blend manual therapy, targeted exercises, and practical self-management strategies.

Jackson graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2019, he has over 5.5 years of experience as a podiatrist. He has a strong passion for proactive, problem-solving treatment—helping patients address issues before they become more serious.
Jackson enjoys all aspects of Podiatry but has a special interest in sports injuries, biomechanics, and ingrown toenail management, Jackson enjoys the variety that comes with treating a broad range of foot and lower limb conditions. He believes in a well-rounded approach and thrives on the challenge of finding tailored solutions for each patient.

Karen Fernandes is a dedicated physiotherapist with over 14 years of experience, specializing in persistent pain management, neurological rehabilitation, multi-traumatic injuries, hydrotherapy, and lymphoedema care. She delivers personalized, compassionate treatment, empowering patients to regain confidence and quality of life through expert care and education.
After graduating from Monash University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Karen developed her expertise in Melbourne’s private sector, working across hospitals, gyms, and private practices for 10 years. In 2022, she relocated to the Sunshine Coast with her young family to embrace the beach lifestyle and has since worked at Noosa and Nambour Selangor Private Hospitals.

Jaime Singleton
Women's & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
With over 16 years of experience in the field of Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Jaime has been fortunate enough to work in the largest Maternity hospital in Australia at the Mater Mothers’ in Brisbane and Qld Health for 10 years, before going privately into her work with pelvic health. She has liaised alongside specialist Gynecologists, Urogynaecologists, Colorectal surgeons and Pain Doctors, and treated countless patients across the lifespan from teenage years to the elderly, both male and female.
Jaime has completed post-graduate study and many advanced courses in pelvic health; taught university students both on an undergraduate and postgraduate level; presented at international conferences; and headed the Allied Health teams for Persistent Pelvic Pain clinics in the areas of Endometriosis and Pelvic Mesh injuries.
Jaime loves working with all pelvic health clients in helping them to understand their conditions, to know their options, and champion them to take control of their rehabilitation to optimise their outcomes.
Jaime is qualified to fit pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse management, and is a qualified Level 4 DMA Clinical Pilates instructor as well, so individualised exercise prescription is a large part of her treatment approach.

Mark completed his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2024 and is a fully accredited member of Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA). Following his graduation, he began his career with Elevate Exercise Physiology and Performance before joining the Sports & Spinal team in Nambour.
Mark brings a diverse background in health and fitness, with extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, Personal Trainer, and Karate Instructor. This varied foundation gives him a unique perspective when supporting clients through their rehabilitation and health journeys.
As an Exercise Physiologist, Mark has a particular passion for working with older adults and individuals managing chronic or complex health conditions. He is also passionate about post-surgical rehabilitation, helping clients regain strength, independence, and confidence as they work towards their full potential. With his knowledge, empathy, and holistic approach, Mark is committed to tailoring programs that deliver meaningful outcomes for every client.

Dietitian: Complex medical conditions, Eating disorders & Paediatrics
Caitlin is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) who completed her Bachelor of Dietetics in 2020 at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Caitlin sees a wide variety of patients across all ages and conditions. She enjoys managing patients with complex medical needs, as well as providing care to patients with chronic diseases, including diabetes, high blood pressure, gastrointestinal problems, and weight concerns, amongst many other cases.
Caitlin has a special interest in paediatric nutrition and has completed additional training via a Certificate of Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, and is an SOS Trained Feeding Therapist. Caitlin works collaboratively with paediatric patients and their families to support a variety of nutrition concerns relating to conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), fussy eating, sensory processing difficulties, faltering growth, global developmental delay, eating disorders, and cerebral palsy. In addition to her interest in paediatric nurtrition, Caitlin also specialises in eating disorder management and works with the patient and their support network at every stage along the nutrition journey to maintain patient safety on the road to recovery. Beth holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Queensland, where she developed a solid foundation in evidence-based practice and patient care. She is genuinely passionate about improving the quality of life for her patients and supporting them throughout their recovery journey. Beth enjoys treating a variety of conditions, with a particular interest in neck pain, headaches, vestibular disorders, and sports injuries.
Beth takes a holistic approach to rehabilitation, focusing on finding the root causes of injuries and tailoring treatment to meet each patient’s individual needs. She values building strong relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their treatment. By combining manual therapy, movement education, and personalized rehabilitation plans, Beth works to help her patients regain function, relieve pain, and prevent future issues.

Johnny graduated from James Cook University in 2019 and specialises in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, also providing tailored care for clients under the NDIS. He loves helping people achieve ambitious goals, whether it’s returning to running, kayaking, or even picking up fishing again.
In 2022, Johnny became Clinical Mentor & Sports Medicine Coordinator for the Solomon Islands Institute of Sport, supporting athletes across 22+ sports for the 2023 Pacific Games, often treating under coconut trees, a career highlight!
