Born and raised in Australia, Montana graduated from the University of Queensland with 1st Class Honours. Having completed her Physiotherapy degree, she went on to work in private sports and musculoskeletal practice. She taught group classes and quickly established herself a leading Pilates Clinician in the heart of London.
