While studying for her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy (RMT), Alanah had the opportunity to assist her parents with their recoveries after both undergoing significant surgeries. Throughout Alanah’s parent’s rehabilitation, she saw the real benefits of Remedial Massage Therapy.
From there, Alanah found a deep love and understanding of therapeutic touch and how it can help our bodies to re-heal themselves.
Alanah has a particular interest in deep tissue, pin and stretch, and trigger point techniques to help release tension and increase joint mobility. Alanah also has a passion and interest in working with clients struggling with chronic pain, stress, chronic fatigue, and or general mental health struggles. Alanah believes that therapeutic touch is a fantastic tool within a person’s healing process.
In Alanah’s spare time, you will find her spending time with her husband and three children while soul searching and living her best life.
