WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF US

Would highly recommend these guys, very friendly and professional.
Professional, understanding, caring and precise on assisting me to recover after breaking my arm and wrist. Well done team. :)
They are sensational. Great customer service helpful where they can be and Karis is a great physio.
The physio was very good . They are not really hands on . She did give me a massage but $140.00 normal fee is a bit expensive for a talk shown exercise and a massage.
I'm currently seeing a lady here & she has been phenomenal and very knowledgeable of my injury. She shows compassion and empathy but also very honest. The reception staff are lovely and easy to deal with.
All my injuries were dealt with totally experienced physiotherapy (Liam) and controlled my pain.
Thank you Jacob for the explanation and teach me the treatmentHighly recommend
Mark and team are the best physio's in the Bay!
Very experienced and explains why and what they are going to do to you
I have very complex physical medical conditions and saw Alanah today. She was positive, supportive, listened extremely well and responded perfectly to the severe pain I was in. Her massage skills and interest in what worked best for me were second to none. Well worth the time and money and I can't wait to work with her again. Thank you Alanah....I haven't needed to take the strong pain relief this evening I have had to take usually :)

“Honest and compassionate conversations about perinatal mental health are life changing 💥 Whether you’re experiencing mental health challenges yourself, or if you’re concerned about a loved one we know that reaching out and talking about the way you’re feeling can be really hard ‼️It can feel tricky to find the right words. You might be worried about the way the person you’re talking to will react, and there’s a lot of fear around getting it wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️

That’s why this Perinatal Mental Health Week, we want you to know that everyone needs help at some point in their lives, and everyone deserves compassion and support 🙋🏾‍♀️

Reaching out, truly listening and making a connection is more important than getting the words completely perfect.

The PANDA Helpline provides counselling, referral and peer support from parents who have been through similar challenges. When someone calls, they will speak with a counsellor who understands the challenges of being a new or expecting parent.
