Siliva Tufuga

Lower Back & Spinal Rehab

Originally from New Zealand but graduating from The University of Queensland, Siliva has developed extensive international experience over 20 years of clinical practice including both Australia and the UK. In England he was team leader of a specialised group of advanced orthopaedic clinicians and helped to successfully develop the GP screening clinics and Injection Therapy service. Upon his return home he has spent the past few years treating active Australian troops at the large military base in Enoggera, Brisbane where overloading of the spine and effective return to military service go hand-in-hand.

Accordingly Siliva has vast knowledge in treating spinal disorders and low back pain. He enjoys working with his patients to identify and resolve their daily pain issues and implement strengthening strategies to prevent future occurrences.
In his free time he enjoys spending time with his young family and is an IRB Level 2 rugby coach.

Maddie graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours) at the University of Queensland. Maddie adopts a result driven attitude that focuses on the reduction of pain, return to functional activities and preventative strategies. She places an importance on a personalised holistic treatment approach and has a passion for improving patient quality of life. She is always eager to engage in ongoing professional development and learn new evidence based approaches to treatment. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys scuba diving, hiking and netball.

Women's Health Physiotherapy

Kirsti hails from Ireland having completed her undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Dublin in 2009. Following working in New Zealand, Kirsti is now committed to providing clients in the Redcliffe Peninsula and North Lakes region with quality physiotherapy care.

Kirsti has a passion for Women`s Health and has completed training in this field to empower women with issues concerning the pelvis including dysfunction of the pelvic floor, bowel, and bladder. Kirsti is also passionate about assisting women to manage abdominal separation post birth and guiding women through exercise during the perinatal period.

To achieve excellent Physiotherapy outcomes, Kirsti utilises a variety of treatment options including manual therapy, pilates & exercise therapy, dry needling, and education.

When you don’t see Kirsti at the clinic, she will be spending time with her young family, working out in the gym, walking her Blue Heeler or exploring Queensland`s outdoor scene!

Paediatric Physiotherapist

Julia completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2008. Since then Julia has worked in various Physiotherapy roles around the country including sports injury, back and neck pain, remote and indigenous health and orthopaedic rehabilitation. For the last three years Julia has developed a passion and specialty for paediatric Physiotherapy. During this time, Julia has specialised in paediatric Physiotherapy including disability management, rehabilitation and equipment and lifestyle adaptions. Julia has also completed a psychology degree and enjoys working with families and children.

Emily is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Queensland University of Technology. Emily is highly passionate about helping people and believes she can help you with the use of tailored evidenced based exercise programs and lifestyle modification. Her highly welcoming and caring personality will put you at ease, enabling you to thrive throughout your rehabilitation journey. Emily has a keen interest in neurological and musculoskeletal conditions and is also a Clinical Pilates Instructor. Emily enjoys integrating this into her sessions to help improve movement efficiency.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys everything outdoors, travelling and art and is currently training for a half marathon.
