I’ve had weeks of tightness and stiffness in my left glute and hamstring which I haven’t been able to release by exercise, stretching, yoga or massage gun. Rene has definately released the tightness and tension. Still more work to do, so will be back. Wish I had seen him earlier, and not left it so long to see him. A great therapist find on the Peninsula !

Friendly and smiling staff on arrival. Tom was on time with the appointment and took the time to assess my situation with patience and understanding. Completed an array of exercises to establish level of pain and complexity. Feet taped as an initial treatment which helped with the discomfort. A written report was provided with details of my diagnosis and included a treatment plan going forward so I knew what to expect. Michelle was very helpful with booking future appointments so I could keep a regular schedule for treatment. Fantastic first visit. Highly recommend.

This means people managing conditions like diabetes, heart disease, obesity and mental health challenges are paying extra for care that helps them live better, healthier lives.
We don’t think that’s right, which is why we’re supporting Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) in their campaign to remove GST from exercise physiology services.
