Lucy Taylor

Women’s Health, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy & Pilates

Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Queensland. She has since completed post-graduate studies in a range of women’s health conditions and is devoted to continuously expanding this skill set. Lucy can assist with questions and concerns related to pre and post-natal, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic floor muscle strengthening and relaxing, endometriosis, menopause, pelvic pain conditions and other bladder and bowel dysfunctions. She is very passionate about delivering you the latest research-based treatment and empowering you with the knowledge and exercises to achieve your goals.

Clint Frazer

Sports Physiotherapist

Clint is a qualified Sports Physiotherapist with extensive private practice experience and a background in elite sporting environments. Since graduating in 2006 Clint has worked in private practices specialising in shoulder and knee injuries. Over the past four years, he has held a senior physiotherapist position with the Brisbane Lions. Prior to this Clint has worked with both the St George Illawarra Dragons and the Sydney Roosters with their NRL squads. Clint’s current interests involve a research project investigating the size of lower back muscles in elite athletes and the prevention of injury. When not working Clint enjoys surfing down the coast and spending time with his family.

Bella Zimmermann

General, Neurological Physiotherapy & Pilates

Bella graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) at the University of Queensland. Bella is passionate about getting people back to doing the things they love through combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programs. She is also a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and loves both teaching and attending pilates classes.

Michael Gilbert

General Physiotherapy

Michael graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours). He has experience working with sporting teams and athletes from a wide variety of sports at local, state and national levels.

Michael has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly in injury prevention and sports physio. He is passionate about using hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise to achieve the best possible outcome for his patients.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys the outdoors and many sports including cricket, rugby league, basketball and golf.

Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University with Academic Excellence. Alex is passionate about his profession and motivated to empower individuals with the skills to gain positive health outcomes.

Through patient-orientated exercise programs and hands-on treatment, Alex is determined to help you reach your goals. Alex is interested in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy and injury prevention.

Lauren Sexton

Exercise Physiologist

Lauren graduated from the University Of The Sunshine Coast completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science. Predominately working in private practice since graduating, Lauren has developed a clinical interest in geriatrics, weight loss/chronic disease management and injury prevention/rehabilitation.

As well as working in clinical settings, Lauren has also had experience in education (Certificate III and IV in fitness), clinical Pilates, sports performance enhancement (soccer) and sports training.

Lauren is driven by patients achieving their personal goals, returning to enjoyable activities and modifying the risk of morbidity to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Georgia White

Exercise Physiologist

Georgia graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Distinction) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Although Georgia is passionate in all fields of exercise physiology, she has a special interest in women’s health, oncology, neurological and paediatric rehabilitation.

Georgia has completed further professional development courses in Women’s Health, in particular, rehabilitation for POP (Pelvic Organ Prolapse), DRAM (diastasis recti), pre and post-natal, endometriosis and PCOS. She has also completed an array of professional development courses for Oncology Rehabilitation, focussing on safe prescription and implementation of exercise interventions during and post-treatment to address debilitating side effects of cancer (both during and post-treatment side effects) including post-cancer fatigue, peripheral neuropathy, atrophy, cachexia, body image concerns and many more.

She finds it immensely rewarding and takes pride in providing treatment to her patients, watching them progress with treatment, achieving goals and unlocking certain aspects of their rehabilitation they never thought they could. Georgia believes “Exercise is Medicine” and sees the importance of this with her patients as they feel empowered from the benefits of exercise interventions.

You’ll see Georgia sneaking a Tim Tam from the clinic fridge and blaring her questionable music choices. Outside of the clinic, Georgia loves playing the piano, live music and keeping fit and healthy in the gym.

Bianca Mazoletti

Exercise Physiologist

Bianca graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology after completing her studies at the Queensland University of Technology. Bianca has a developing clinical interest in women’s health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Alongside completing university, Bianca received certificates for both Pilates reformer and matt work courses. Bianca wishes to combine her Pilates experience and resistance training into her exercise prescription help musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Bianca is motivated to help improve the quality of life for her patients and is passionate about assisting them through their exercise journey.

Outside of the clinic, Bianca has a passion for a healthy lifestyle herself, however, does love her coffee and Sunday brunches.

Kunga Tsering

Massage Therapist

Kunga was born in Tibet and grew up in India, he has been a massage therapist since 2007. Kunga owned his own Massage clinic in India for  5 years until he ventured to Australia. He studied with Australasian College of Natural Therapies and finished his course in 2018. In that time Kunga has worked with Sydney Roosters NRL team in 2018 and has worked with many other professional athletes in Sydney. He is fluent in English, Tibetan and Hindi and utilises a wide range of massage techniques (including Sports, Remedial, Tibetan and Relaxation) to help clients achieve their desired goals.

Dylan McDonald

Podiatrist

Dylan graduated from the Queensland University of Technology as a Podiatrist, following earlier studies in Exercise and Nutrition Science (Hons.) at the University of Queensland. He continually expands on his knowledge and skills to keep up-to-date with the developing science behind lower limb conditions and injuries.

Whilst Dylan has a special interest in sports and biomechanical podiatry (including paediatric patients), he has experience treating all aspects of general lower limb and foot care. Dylan utilises biomechanical assessments, gait/movement analysis, orthotic therapy, footwear assessment and recommendations, dry needling and general/diabetic screenings to get the best outcomes for his clients. He has a unique skillset in foot mobilisation and manipulation which has formed part of his continuing clinical expertise.

Dylan has been involved in numerous sports as a junior athlete, particularly in AFL where he has previously held roles as a strength and conditioning coach and sports trainer (current) with the Queensland Junior Talent programs. Georgia Volz

Dietitian

Georgia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, completing her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She strives to ensure her clients feel supported and empowered along every step of their journey to better health through nutrition. Using evidence-based practice, Georgia can tailor nutrition strategies to each individual client to meet their goals. Georgia’s special interest areas include weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and gastrointestinal health.

Georiga is available for Dietitian appointments at Springfield, Woolloongabba, Broadbeach, North Lakes and Robina clinics.

Parking @ Woolloongabba

We are located at 48 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba. There are 5 parking spaces located on site in front of the clinic which is reserved for clients between 7.30am and 6 pm. If these parks are full there is overflow street parking nearby. As Woolloongabba is considered a metered parking zone, all streets are subject to metered parking.

The main streets we recommend are Heaslop, Crown and Catherine streets. Heaslop street, the street adjacent to us, has 30-minute, 2 hour and 4-hour parking. Crown Street, the street opposite us, has 2-hour and 8-hour parking available whilst Catherine street, which is on the other side of our block, has 4-hour parking only.  With the new Woolloongabba bikeway being constructed, there are no available parking spaces on Annerley Road.  Parking costs $2.70 per hour – for more information, please find the relevant link to the Brisbane City Council website.

Please note we do recognise that you have a choice of therapists and as such, we would like to thank you for choosing us by reimbursing any parking costs which may be incurred by visiting us. Please bring in your receipt at the time of your consultation. Finally, please do not park in the vacant parking lot located off Heaslop Street, opposite the bike shop, as hefty fines will be incurred.
