Nathan Craig

Persistent Pain Management

Nathan Craig graduated from Griffith University in 2009 with Bachelor Degrees in both Physiotherapy and Exercise Science. His main interests are in the field of sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a special interest in chronic pain management, as shown through his involvement as the physiotherapy director of the Brisbane Pain Rehabilitation Service.

Nathan has worked with sporting teams, crossfit coaches, aged care providers, chronic pain management programs and many other allied and medical health professionals which have provided him with considerable knowledge to successfully treat a wide range of conditions and diseases. He uses a combination of hands-on techniques, dry needling, activity modification, self management education, professional advice and therapeutic exercise to get patients back on track faster. Nathan also has extensive experience in assisting patients with their WorkCover, Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) and DVA case management to ensure their rehabilitation is smooth and comfortable.

Lucy Taylor

Musculoskeletal Physio

Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Queensland where she also conducted research alongside a world renowned Physiotherapist. Matthew Russo

General Physiotherapy

Matt currently holds a Bachelor degree in exercise science, a Bachelor degree in sports and exercise science and a Masters degree in Physiotherapy.

Matt holds a particular interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. Matt has experience working with national level swimmers and volunteered for the recent commonwealth games, treating paralympic athletes.

Matt believes the best approach to rehabilitation is to consider the individual and through thorough examination treat the cause of the problem, as well modify activities for the best outcomes

Exercise Physiologist

Lauren graduated from the University Of The Sunshine Coast completing a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science. Predominately working in private practice since graduating, Lauren has developed a clinical interest in geriatrics, weight loss/chronic disease management and injury prevention/rehabilitation.

As well working in clinical settings, Lauren has also had experience in education (Certificate III and IV in fitness), clinical Pilates, sports performance enhancement (soccer) and sports training.

Lauren is driven by patients achieving their personal goals, returning to enjoyable activities and modifying the risk of morbidity to lead a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Elizabeth (Libby) Nunan

Exercise Physiologist

Elizabeth graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and holds an additional Degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. Before starting in Private Practice, Elizabeth managed a successful gym for six years where she had experience working with and educating a variety of different patients. She also has experience working with a wide range of conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, obesity, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes and heart conditions.

Elizabeth has developed a particular interest in women’s health, musculoskeletal injuries and chronic disease management. Elizabeth is also a Clinical Pilates Instructor. Elizabeth has a fantastic ability to empathise, listen and care for clients and she strives on be able to help her patients improve their health and overall wellbeing.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Sally believes that helping people achieve health and wellbeing is one of the most amazing things you could do for others.

Through a love and passion for massage, Sally obtained her Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy through the Australian College of Massage in Melbourne in 2008.

Sally has worked closely with clients with all forms of muscular tension and pain. Sally’s strongest style of massage is remedial based, providing the client with deep tissue movements that will release tension and stress.

Dietitian

Blaise completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of the Sunshine Coast and is an Accredited Practising Dietitian registered with the Dietitians Association of Australia. Blaise prides herself on developing individualised achievable goals to foster long term health behaviours using evidence based nutrition science, advice and support. Blaise also has a keen interest in sports nutrition and can help athletes or every day gym goers increase health as well as optimise their performance and recovery. Parking @ Woolloongabba

We are located at 48 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba. There are 5 parking spaces located on site in front of the clinic which are reserved for clients between 7.30am and 6pm. If these parks are full there is overflow street parking nearby. As Woolloongabba is considered a metered parking zone, all streets are subject to metered parking.

The main streets we recommend are Heaslop, Crown and Catherine streets. Heaslop street, the street adjacent to us, has 30 minute, 2 hour and 4 hour parking. Crown Street, the street opposite us, has 2 hour and 8 hour parking available whilst Catherine street, which is on the other side of our block, has 4 hour parking only. It is also possible park on Annerley Road from 930-330pm in the designated marked parking space (fines are incurred outside of this time due to peak traffic periods). Parking costs $2.70 per hour – for more information, please find the relevant link to the Brisbane City Council website.

Please note we do recognise that you have a choice of therapists and as such, we would like to thank you for choosing us by reimbursing any parking costs which may be incurred by visiting us. Please bring in your receipt at the time of your consultation. Finally, please do not park in the vacant parking lot located off Heaslop Street, opposite the bike shop, as hefty fines will be incurred.
