Lucy Taylor

Women’s Health & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Lucy graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Queensland. She has since completed post-graduate studies in a range of women’s health conditions and is devoted to continuously expanding this skill set. Lucy can assist with questions and concerns related to pre and post-natal incontinence, prolapse, pelvic floor muscle strengthening and relaxing, endometriosis, menopause, pelvic pain conditions and other bladder and bowel dysfunctions. She is very passionate about delivering you the latest research-based treatment and empowering you with the knowledge and exercises to achieve your goals.

Clint Frazer

Sports Physiotherapist

Clint is a qualified Sports Physiotherapist with extensive private practice experience and a background in elite sporting environments. Since graduating in 2006 Clint has worked in private practices specialising in shoulder and knee injuries. Over the past four years, he has held a senior physiotherapist position with the Brisbane Lions. Prior to this Clint has worked with both the St George Illawarra Dragons and the Sydney Roosters with their NRL squads. Clint’s current interests involve a research project investigating the size of lower back muscles in elite athletes and the prevention of injury. When not working Clint enjoys surfing down the coast and spending time with his family.

Bella Zimmermann

Physiotherapist

Bella graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) at the University of Queensland. Bella is passionate about getting people back to doing what they love by combining hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programs. She is also a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and loves both teaching and attending pilates classes.

Outside of the clinic, Bella enjoys going to the beach and exploring national parks.

Michael Gilbert

Physiotherapist

Michael graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours). He has experience working with sporting teams and athletes from various sports at local, state and national levels.

Michael has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly in injury prevention and sports physio. He is passionate about using hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercises to achieve the best possible outcome for his patients.

Michael enjoys the outdoors and many sports in his spare time, including cricket, rugby league, basketball, and golf.

Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy at Griffith University with Academic Excellence. Alex is passionate about his profession and motivated to empower individuals to gain positive health outcomes.

Through patient-orientated exercise programs and hands-on treatment, Alex is determined to help you reach your goals. Alex is interested in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurological physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy and injury prevention.

Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys a round of golf, supporting the Boston Celtics and going to the beach.

Destiny Fountain

Remedial Massage Therapist

Destiny is a Remedial Massage Therapist who enjoys incorporating various techniques into your treatments to ensure the best possible relief of your symptoms. Such methods may include cupping, passive stretches, trigger point, and myofascial therapy. Before your session, these are always discussed to clarify your needs and help tailor your customised treatment plan.

Since completing her remedial massage diploma in 2018 in Melbourne, Destiny has undergone specialised training in various modalities such as special needs (pediatric and palliative), pregnancy massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy. She loves a challenge and quenches her ongoing thirst for knowledge at the University of Queensland to narrow her focus to advanced treatments in the sports industry. Destiny joined our team in July 2021 and held an associate membership with Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

Georgia White

Exercise Physiologist

Georgia graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Distinction) at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Although Georgia is passionate about exercise physiology, she has a special interest in women’s health, oncology, neurological and paediatric rehabilitation.

Georgia has completed further professional development courses in Women’s Health, particularly rehabilitation for POP (Pelvic Organ Prolapse), DRAM (diastasis recti), pre and post-natal endometriosis, and PCOS. She has also completed an array of professional development courses for Oncology Rehabilitation, focussing on safe prescription and implementation of exercise interventions during and post-treatment to address debilitating side effects of cancer (both during and post-treatment side effects), including post-cancer fatigue, peripheral neuropathy, atrophy, cachexia, body image concerns and many more.

She finds it immensely rewarding and takes pride in providing treatment to her patients, watching them progress with treatment, achieving goals and unlocking certain aspects of their rehabilitation they never thought they could. Georgia believes “Exercise is Medicine” and sees the importance of this with her patients as they feel empowered from the benefits of exercise interventions.

You’ll see Georgia sneaking a Tim Tam from the clinic fridge and blaring her questionable music choices. Georgia loves playing the piano, live music, and keeping fit and healthy in the gym outside of the clinic.

Bianca Mazoletti

Exercise Physiologist

Bianca graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology after completing her studies at the Queensland University of Technology. Bianca has a developing clinical interest in women’s health and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Alongside completing university, Bianca received certificates for both Pilates reformer and matt work courses. Bianca wishes to combine her Pilates experience and resistance training into her exercise prescription to help musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Bianca is motivated to help improve the quality of life for her patients and is passionate about assisting them through their exercise journey.

Outside of the clinic, Bianca has a passion for a healthy lifestyle herself. However, she does love her coffee and Sunday brunches.

Shoshana Jones

Exercise Physiologist

Shoshana graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Hons.) from the Queensland University of Technology and is currently completing her Master’s in Women’s Health Medicine at the University of New South Wales. Shoshana is passionate about all thing’s health and fitness, with a special interest in Women’s health, oncology, and chronic pain management. She finds it extremely rewarding working with women throughout all stages of life and aims to use evidence-based practice to improve the care that women receive and safely prescribe exercise to help and support women navigate the changes in their bodies that occur throughout their lifespan.

Shoshana’s interest in the human body and helping people achieve goals that feel impossible started during her teenage years after experiencing her fair share of injuries as a long-distance runner and synchronised ice skater. She strongly believes that exercise is medicine! And loves being able to empower others to lead a healthy lifestyle and to use exercise as a tool to improve quality of life, reduce injury risk, and prevent/ manage chronic disease. Shoshana has had extensive experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, chronic pain management, chronic disease management, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. To further her knowledge, she has also completed an array of professional development courses, including ECG analysis & interpretation, exercise rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, matwork and reformer pilates, strength & conditioning (ASCA) and exercise oncology. Outside of work, Shos enjoys working towards her own health and fitness goals and, in her downtime, enjoys drinking coffee, catching up with friends and family and walking her dog, Lulu!

Dylan McDonald

General Care, Sports & Exercise Podiatrist

Dylan graduated from the Queensland University of Technology as a Podiatrist, following earlier studies in Exercise and Nutrition Science (Hons.). He continually expands on his knowledge and skills to keep up-to-date with the developing science behind lower limb conditions and injuries.

Dylan has a special interest in sports and biomechanical podiatry (including paediatric patients); he has experience treating all aspects of general lower limb and foot care. Dylan utilises biomechanical assessments, gait/movement analysis, orthotic therapy, footwear assessment and recommendations, dry needling and general/diabetic screenings to get the best outcomes for his clients. He has a unique skillset in foot mobilisation and manipulation, forming part of his continuing clinical expertise.

Dylan has been involved in numerous sports as a junior athlete, particularly in AFL. He has previously held roles as a strength and conditioning coach and sports trainer (current) with the Queensland Junior Talent programs. Dylan enjoys travelling, live music, and working on his handicap out on the golf course in his spare time.

Georgia Volz

Dietitian

Georgia is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, completing her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. She strives to ensure her clients feel supported and empowered throughout their journey to better health through nutrition. Using evidence-based practice, Georgia can tailor nutrition strategies to each client to meet their goals. Georgia’s special interest areas include weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and gastrointestinal health.

Parking @ Woolloongabba

We are located at 48 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba. There are 5 parking spaces located on site in front of the clinic which is reserved for clients between 7.30am and 6 pm. If these parks are full there is overflow street parking nearby. As Woolloongabba is considered a metered parking zone, all streets are subject to metered parking.

The main streets we recommend are Heaslop, Crown and Catherine streets. Heaslop street, the street adjacent to us, has 30-minute, 2 hour and 4-hour parking. Crown Street, the street opposite us, has 2-hour and 8-hour parking available whilst Catherine street, which is on the other side of our block, has 4-hour parking only.  With the new Woolloongabba bikeway being constructed, there are no available parking spaces on Annerley Road.  Parking costs $2.70 per hour – for more information, please find the relevant link to the Brisbane City Council website.

Please note we do recognise that you have a choice of therapists and as such, we would like to thank you for choosing us by reimbursing any parking costs which may be incurred by visiting us. Please bring in your receipt at the time of your consultation. Finally, please do not park in the vacant parking lot located off Heaslop Street, opposite the bike shop, as hefty fines will be incurred.
