Chocolate Oat & Chia Pot: Serves 1


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 heaped tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 heaped teaspoon cocoa/cacao powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon- optional
  • 1 tsp honey/maple syrup
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • 2 heaped tbs plain Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ cup raspberries- frozen or fresh


  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and cinnamon in a small container or jar.
  2. Add the honey/maple syrup and your choice of milk.
  3. Stir well, ensuring cocoa powder is no longer lumpy.
  4. Place your yoghurt in the middle of the oat mixture and sprinkle on the raspberries.
  5. Keep in the fridge overnight and then enjoy for breakfast!💙
